I couldn’t put this book down – took less than a day to finish, it was that good. For all that the series is about lycans, it’s really not. The focus of the story is on the romance between Livi and Gray, two lycans who meet when Livi is forced to leave her beloved New Orleans for the dreaded English soil. I loved her, and all I could think was “please don’t make her into a lady!” Gray loves her spirit, and the fact that she’s not a lady (in all the best ways, of course). The banter between them ...more
In terms of reading, Wolfishly Yours is an easy and likable read. In terms of a romance, it's not as strong as I would've liked. The common problem I've had with a lot of Ms. Dare's books is that they seem to be overrun with recurring side characters and going-ons that serve no purpose to the story. There was some romance, but I guess I just didn't feel it as strongly as I expected from a romance book.

There is nothing wrong with the characters - I enjoyed them and wish the story had focused mo

I love Lydia Dare's writing. It's quick with a touch of humor and a over all great love story . In Wolfishly Yours Grayson Hadley gets his book and his sassy bride.

Grayson and his brothers are not viewed well in upper-society. So when Mr. Holmesfield enlists the help of Gray's mother to help induct his granddaughter into civilized society Gray inadvertently is enlisted to help. I love the way Gray is just enamored the moment he sets eyes on the beautiful Liviana Mayeux. Gray is a fun loving man.
They are opposites and yet very much alike. Both are thought to be beneath the upper crust of English society. When they get together, the ton is in for a surprise.

This is a rough description of author Lydia Dare’s latest protagonists in WOLFISHLY YOURS. Once again Dare pairs an unusual couple for a tantalizing outcome.

Liviana Mayeux finds herself shipped off to England to live with Lord Holmesfield, a grandfather she barely knows. She’s fine running through the swamps of Louisiana with her two

This was yet another great book by the writing duo known as Lydia Dare. Such a cute and charming read and it definitely made me anxious to get my hands on the next book in this series. I love the humor that is infused throughout the book. It doesn't feel phony or over the top as some books with humor in them tend to feel. It feels true to the characters and the world that Lydia Dare has created.

This is my first ever historical shifter book and I quite enjoyed it! It’s also the first I’ve read in the Westfield series (this is book 6 of the series) as well as my first time reading from Lydia Dare. There’s suspense, romance, humor and fun to be had within these pages. Best part, I was not lost since I’ve not read any others in the series. So anyone can/will enjoy this book as a stand alone or otherwise :)

Grayson Hadley is struggling to become a respectable member of society. Having always been on the outside, as one of the 'Hadley boys', he finds himself at an even greater disadvantage when his mind goes numb around Liviana Mayeux.

Liviana has been banished to the cold depths of London society by her father. At the behest of her grandfather, she struggles to fit in to the society mold for a polite woman of breeding. From America, Livi is used to the wild freedoms of New Orleans. Finding the Engli
It was enjoyable and I will probably try to find and read the others in the series. I did find the ending to this one to be a little too abrupt though and that the romance seemed kind of escalated (as in I don't feel that they hero and heroine really got to know each other very well before falling into love) but it was still an enjoyable read. It is interesting to read a period piece with a supernatural flair though and I loved the banter between the wolves in the book which is another reason I ...more

Lycans, how can I not love them. Here we meet Grayson (introduced in previous books) and he is getting his match.

If you have read Dare's book you know what to expect, if not, then I will tell you. There is humour, banter, flirting, fun, werewolves trying to behave and romance.

Grayson Hadley drinks, gambles and is not the kind of man mothers introduce daughters too. But he is kind and well, he is a Lycan. He does try his best to behave and now and his brother even have a tutor to help them along.

YAY! I have now completed all the Lydia Dare books that are currently out or will be soon. I'm super excited that I got a chance to check out Wolfishly Yours. I'm not going to lie, I liked this a whole lot more than the last book. Granted I did like The Wolf Who Loved Me, but this one was a lot more exciting to me. Before I divulge why I liked this a whole lot more let me share what the book is about first.

Book #6 in the Regency Wolves series and a definite improvement on the last book.

Livi is an endearing Tomboy with little to no control over what comes out of her mouth. One cannot help sympathizing with a heroine whose social awkwardness and longing for home make it difficult for her to acclimate to Regency society. Grayson is a sexy beta wolf with a tendency to find himself in scandalous and often hazardous situations. So, when these two come together - sparks fly.

So I adore Lydia Dare books, they are fun light reads that always warm your heart. The paranormal aspect in this book is so light that even those who do not enjoy paranormal would not be fazed. I think lovers of paranormal as well as historical romance will love this books and series.

I adore the Hadley brothers especially the twins! They are just so delightfully roguish and their intentions are good but they always seem to be off when it comes to actually enacting their good intensions. Poor Gr

Wolfishly Yours was a difficult book for me to review. The fan in me loved returning to the world that Lydia Dare has created with the Westfield Wolves series. The latest stories have been following the exploits of the Hadley brothers, a less distinguished family within the ton, seeing how each of the roguish brothers is tamed by their perfect mate. These stories are a balance of paranormal/shifter stories with a heavy dose of the historical format that I love. Unfortunately, the reviewer in me ...more
I just love this series! Each book keeps getting better! I really, really love the Hadley brothers, so I especially enjoyed this installment. I always thought Wes was my favorite of the brothers, but now Gray has swooped in and won my heart!

One of my favorite things about these books is that they are so lighthearted and fun, without being fluffy. The family drama is so entertaining, and keeps me invested in the series, book after book. Sometimes, I felt like this one focused a little too much on

I am a fan of Dare's flair for writing such beautiful and entertaining historical romance and especially her Westfield Wolves. I am attracted to her very sexy, very humorous characters and the witty dialogue that Dare pens in her books.

Although Wolfishly Yours is not my favorite of this series, it was a pleasure reading about the familiar characters that I have grown to love. And I am happy that the Gray has finally received his HEA.

I've had a soft spot for the Hadleys ever since they first appeared (Taming of the Wolf). They're the literal underdogs of the entire series, poor, unrefined and at times childishly entertaining. It's both exciting and a little sad to see them each get their own book as I've really enjoyed their bickering, fist fights and them annoying the life out of their older, half-brother, Dash.

I adored Wolfishly Yours. It was a brilliant book. Sweet and steamy romance with a pinch of paranormal elements. A recipe for greatness ;)

I don't read many paranormal historical romances. I read paranormal romances and I read historical romances. For some reason, it never occurred to me to find a book that was a mix. So, Wolfishly Yours was a bit of an experiment for me. But I am oh so glad I went for it.

Grayson Hadley cannot believe Liviana Mayeux, she is a hoyden. She talks about wolves in public, she says things women never mention and drives him crazy. She causes him to do things he knows one would never do in polite society and she is the only one who would accuse him of being tame.

Grayson Hadley is an undisciplined and unmannered rogue. He doesn't even have the redeeming grace of wealth. He's an embarrassment to his alpha and his family and a trial to his tutor, a lady hired to teach him and his equally unmannered brothers how to comport themselves in public and, more importantly, in Society.

Liviana Mayeux is the only daughter of a French American from New Orleans and the granddaughter of an Earl. For all of her

A delicious treat from the writing team of Tammy Falkner & Jodie Pearson otherwise known as Lydia Dare. Wolfishly Yours features the wonderfully romantic love story of charming rapscallion Grayson Hadley & beguiling beauty Liviana Mayeux.

After reading this book I strongly desire a Lycan lover! What girl doesn’t? Liviana Mayeux is fortunate enough to find one of her own on our journey to Derbyshire. Liviana is used to running amuck, for lack of a better term, with her wild and devilish Lycan brothers. She has no desire to be a proper English lady, and no one is going to turn her into one. After ...more
This is my second book written by the ladies that compromise the Lydia Dare Nome de Plume and I am completely captivated. I am currently working on gathering all of their books but like all things it takes time. As part of a series so very often you hear a book can stand alone and it can't. Or you will read a book and it spends so much time explaining the past books that you get frustrated. I am so pleased to say that Wolfishly Yours escapes both of those traps. Yes, after reading this I want to ...more

Lydia Dare’s Wolfishly Yours was a funny, entertaining and witty read. Even though this book was not as thought provoking as the previous books. This was an ARC book that I received for review. What an amazing book. I was familiar with the Hadley family through previous Lydia Dare books. Livi is a wild hoyden from New Orleans by her father to be turned into a proper English lady by her grandfather who is an Earl. Grayson Hadley of the wild and roguish Hadley brothers is a Lycan with a penchant for trouble. When he sees Livi for the first time he is stunned by her beauty and when she tells him she is from a Lycan family he is floored.

I am already a fan of paranormal genre but I am slowly becoming a fan of historical romance and that is because of the wonderful books written by the writing team known as Lydia Dare. This series has everything I love in a light romance.

The plot was nicely paced with just a bit of humor. Miss Liviana Mayeux was raised by the docks in Louisiana by her father and brothers. She lacks lady like manners so the local priest talks her father into shipping her to her grandfather in England in hopes that
