Incredibly basic and simplistic, anything but "comprehensive". Could be a nice introduction for someone just beginning to suspect that they may be allergic/sensitive to something they're eating, but probably useless to anyone who's beyond that first step.

It only deals with the most common allergies/sensitivities, so if you're outside the scope gluten intolerance, celiac disease, shellfish allergy, or dairy intolerance, you're not going to get much from this book.

It was cool how they made the distinction between an intolerance and an allergy clear but really, this was meh. This is pretty much a glorified informational pamphlet, probably good for people who have no idea what any of this stuff is and fall into one of a few basic categories. If you're reading the book though, you probably already do though. I was a bit shocked at the way they dismissed anything alternative.
