Dan loves his wife, Bel, and does his husbandly duties - whilst thinking of Francie, his delectable head gardener. He enjoys an unusual relationship with Francie - he will not treat Bel how his father treated his mother and therefore he will not cheat on his wife.

Then Simon, an old Uni pal, arrives and he becomes Dan's surrogate - doing everything with Francine that Dan cannot.

I shall never look upon a courgette or even a dibber in the same light ever again!

[Review originally published on Erotica Revealed (

Francie and Dan are desperately in love with one another, but they aren't having an affair – not technically. During their private meetings in the lavish grounds of Dan's opulent estate, they don't touch each other. Instead, they engage in simultaneous masturbation, encouraging one another with dirty talk until each reaches an independent climax. In Dan's view, at least, he's still being faithful to his wife Isabel.
fter reading Body Temperature and Rising I have been hooked on KD Grace's writing, she has a way to entice you into reading the whole book in one sweet read and this was no exception.
I'm very honoured to have received this Surrogates to read from KD herself so was really excited to read this NEW book in the Mischief range.

Dan loves his wife. He also loves Francie, the kitchen gardener. He can't bring himself to actually physically cheat on his wife, so he finds loopholes in his marriage vows. One such loophole, if he doesn't actually touch Francie and she doesn't actually touch him, he isn't cheating. At least in his mind. Dan and Francie have mutual masturbation sessions. After a time though, it's not enough for Dan, so he approaches a friend. Dan's plan is to have Simon sleep with Francie while he watches. Sim ...more
Wonderful stuff. The scenes are filthy and in more ways than one. Yes it's erotica so of course includes graphic sexual content and if that isn't your thing then perhaps this isn't the book for you.

I didn't relate to the plot as much as other books and that is why I've chosen to give a rating of 4. It probably deserves more and is more due to a personal preference than a reflection of the authors writing.

The occupations of two of the characters was unusual and I loved that. Likewise the characte

Surrogates is a new novella from K D Grace, published by Mischief. In typical K D Grace style, it contains gardens, vegetables and lots of hot and truly filthy sex. In fact, you may never look at a courgette in the same way again.

Surrogates is the story of Daniel Alexander III. He’s in love with his gardener, Francie Carter, but until he plucks up the courage to ask his wife for a divorce, he won’t do anything about it. He and Francie simply wank together – because as they’re not touching, Dan d

I received this review copy free of charge, in return for an honest review.

Daniel Alexander III meant every word of his wedding vows to Bel with the utmost sincerity, so he's at a complete loss as to what to do when he begins to develop feelings for his attractive female gardener Francie. Careful not to break his wedding vows, Dan believes that 'watching' Francie masturbate in front of him will suffice his cravings and without having any physical contact, he can't possibly be accused of cheating

I recieved this novel in return for an honest review. My blog A Redheads Guilty Reads was apart of the K.D Grace blog tour: Here is the link to the review, guest post and a book excerpt on my blog: http://aredheadsguiltyreads.blogspot....

Ever been a situation where you can or want to look but not touch? Well that's exactly what's happened to Dan! He's convinced himself he isn't exactly cheating on his wife while him and his Gardner masturbate together without performing the act on her himself! A

Surrogates by KD Grace
How does she come up with her ideas?
This was a very well written and thought out book. She continues to amaze me with every book I read. Who would have ever thought to use a surrogate instead of cheating on your spouse? If you enjoy a voyeuristic book than this is a good one…WOW!

I received this book in return for an honest review.
As always KD delivers a sext, hot, dirty tale full of twists and turns. I did spend time loving and hating characters and shouting and cheering (I did get some looks)

Voted ETO Best Erotic Author of 2014, K D Grace believes Freud was right. In the end, it really IS all about sex, well sex and love. And nobody’s happier about that than she is, otherwise, what would she write about?

When she’s not writing, K D is veg gardening. When she’s not gardening, she’s walking. She walks her stories, and she’s serious about it. She and her husband have walked Coast to Coast
