I received my edition of Plenary Fitness through Goodreads First Reads.

Plenary Fitness is an insightful, motivational, accessible, and overall excellent handbook to health and wellness. Ojermark did a phenomenal job of organizing key points of fitness into distinct chapters while still emphasizing their interdependence. The concise, informal style (with occasional tongue-in-cheek humor) made the concepts easy to understand and absorb. I especially welcomed Ojermark's style when I was reading the
