Oh dear! I really don't know where to begin reviewing this book. I only managed to read about half of it before frustration at the poor quality of the writing superseded any curiosity I had for the book at the outset.

I really like this book, but there was a little bit that sounded off to me, so I'm only giving 4 stars.
The story of Mira, I think, instead of jumping from her 10 year old numb and discarded self to what I assume is early 20's based on her enrolling in college and drinking, could have used a bit more explanation earlier on. I kind of figured it out on my own, but the explanation would have been nice. Other than that, no faults with the story line I could find. I love Mira's tough shell, and love

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Once I started reading it, I found it very difficult to put it down. There were a few grammatical/spelling errors, but no one's perfect and I can over look that. When it comes to the story, it was pretty da*n good.
