Lambs trys to mix social satire and horror and I must admit...it works here. The story revolves around 3 teens...each kid has his or her demons to deal with. You have one boy who must deal with visions of bloodshed and then the resulting deaths that occur every few years. The other teen likes fire...likes it alot and he wants to burn his world up and everyone in it. The last teen ...my favorite chartacter in this book...is a girl who seems to have a very normal life and she really loves her boyf...more
Before I begin this review I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to Michael’s family and friends for your loss. Michael passed away on March 31st of this year after a long battle with cancer. From all the tweets, posts, write ups…etc… that I have read, the world has lost an exceptional human being that was loved by all he knew.

I have to say that I really liked this book. So far this has been the scariest book I've read in 2012. Yeah...I actually found myself avoiding it at night because I was scared of the nightmares it might cause. Lambs is the story of three very fucked-up teens.

LAMBS has an intense crackling pace, sweet & heartbreaking characters, and a completely unique storyline. The ending is dramatically exquisite. It's about a satanic cult, murderous ghosts, growing up, and young love <3
