Deliciously Hot and Addictive!
Wow, what an addictive series, I thought the first story was good, this one tops the first book. The writer has a way with words and had me glued to the pages. Each scene was filled with excitement and the chemistry between Tristan and Katrina were electrifying and deliciously explicit causing my own arousal.

I thought this book had a slower pace compared to Black Lust, Blackthorne Clan first title. I did enjoy that we had the chance to get to know the Thropes and Tristan's father!
Maybe I expected to see some characters that we have seen in the previous novella, but I'm glad we got to meet Tristan, I really liked him! Black Desire is a great fast pace, erotic read with a hot sexy vampire clan. I really enjoyed the characters especially Tristan, he is strong and very protective. The desire that was between him and Katrina was very intense and hot.
Not reading the first book to this series I never felt like I was missing anything. I recommend this to anyone who loves a quick hot erotic read.

A quick read with vampires, half-vamps and wolf shape shifters.

The hero in this is a half-vampire and carries a lot of past heartache. When he meets a woman (a romance writer, nice touch) who could be his mate, there are a lot of issues for him to get through. Throw in Thrope enemies to mix things up, and you have a real solid read. Hope there are more in this series.
