This book was a clear and easy read for the layman in understanding the importance and science behind micro-nutrients found in our food or through vitamin supplements. I think it's education is the best foundation for understanding one's own health level and gives you a choice of how to achieve health for one's self. I liked their second book better. This one is more of the science behind micronutrients where the second book is about how to shop and eat to get them. It is informative and easy to read though.

I read a lot of nutrition books. I agree with the authors' prescription on micronutrients. My attention span did not stay focused on the book however, as many of the facts I already knew.
