Private Investigator, Kat Monroe has a few secrets and grew up knowing that she wasn’t exactly like all the other kids around. She is a huntress with predatory speed and lightning fast reflexes. However when a sadistic killer sets his sights on her she is thrown into an unknown world.
When Kat meets Max and Brett Jericho she is unaware that they are actually time traveling supercops from the future on assignment to bring the killer after Kat to justice. Even as Kat’s world becomes deadlier, she...more

Kat’s personality was a fantastic treat. She was a bad ass but still had that underlying vulnerability. Her and best friend Lora kept the laughs going while giving the book more dimension. Her lovers from the future are damned sexy and fabulous characters. To say I liked this book would be an understatement, Huntress For Hire was freaking perfect. The action was solid, the romance smoking and the plot unique. Did I say smoking? I meant ‘burn...more

Wow. Just wow. This book was really quite interesting. I love how Atwood seamlessly combined many genres of literature into a single novella. Although listed as an erotic novel (which it definitely is), it also has a very strong paranormal suspense component to it.
This novella was very well written. Atwood lays out her story clearly, progressing from one point to the next. And yes, it does have a definite storyline. The suspense that she builds throughout is very compelling. The descriptions an...more

I recommend this book. An original futuristic story.

All the characters in this book were well established and the interactions were totally believable. I loved Kat. She was strong, capable and honest. The bad guy was evilly interesting and the two heroes were both sexy and sympathetic. The fact that the storyline didn’t follow a strict ménage scenario made it seem more plausible. It was a great, hot read and I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.
