Here's the thing that i really love about this book. It's a love story. Ultimately, at its heart, it is a beautifully written love story about nice people who sometimes make huge mistakes. Add to it the fate of the galaxy resting on the shoulders of a woman who is not interested in taking on the job and it is a beautiful love story wrapped up in an SFR book, where, a lot of times the love gets lost in favor of the sci fi or the sex. Didn't Finish. Will probably pick it up later...not sure. It was way too confusing and a lot was going one...so I wasn't sure who or what this book was going to be about. I also didn't care for the female lead (thought she was too whiny for my taste).

It didn't take too much time to finish this book but I guess that it was not that appealing to me. I found the action a bit confusing in some parts and I think that made me lose myself a bit.

It is a nice book, and it is suited for almost all ages since it contains only a few mature scenes.

The prophecy idea was interesting and I liked the choice of name for the aliens (the Hemera), the author used.
