Here's the thing that i really love about this book. It's a love story. Ultimately, at its heart, it is a beautifully written love story about nice people who sometimes make huge mistakes. Add to it the fate of the galaxy resting on the shoulders of a woman who is not interested in taking on the job and it is a beautiful love story wrapped up in an SFR book, where, a lot of times the love gets lost in favor of the sci fi or the sex. It didn't take too much time to finish this book but I guess that it was not that appealing to me. I found the action a bit confusing in some parts and I think that made me lose myself a bit.
It is a nice book, and it is suited for almost all ages since it contains only a few mature scenes.
The prophecy idea was interesting and I liked the choice of name for the aliens (the Hemera), the author used.
