Neat little journal style story of Mia and her academic reasons for a foray into the world of BDSM. The writing was concise and the characteriszations were good, considering it is a novella.
It was from Mia's POV, as it is her journal we are reading after all. Lex is a Dom and owner of The Cell, a BDSM club. He meets Mia through a professor, who organises for him to give a talk at her campus. Lex happily shows the little sub, Mia, the ins and outs of BDSM in his own style.

I absollutely loved, loved, loved this book. It was hot and steamy and unbelievably naughty too. Mia was so cute and funny and Lex who wouldnt have wanted him for a Dom, I didnt want the story to end. I am so looking forward to reading more of the doms from the club, The Cell, and catching up on Mia and Lex. This is well worth reading. BRAVO! Kris Cook you wrote another fantastic read. Cant wait for book 2. I wonder who's diary its gonna be?
I liked this one - although I almost always struggle with wanting more from these 'quickie' stories!! Because it's so short there is enough character development to make the story work, but there could have been so much more. I enjoyed all the characters and look forward to reading more in this series to see what treats are in store for this group!
I really liked the story and I would have given it five stars, but the ending was just too rushed. There is a lot of hot sex, but Mia and Lex don't spend any time together outside of the club, they hardly talk to each other, and they profess their love for each other within days. It was just too rushed for love. Otherwise I really enjoyed the book.
I love Kris Cook's book and his new book Mia’s Spanking Diary is added to my favorites. This is a hot sexy quick read. I fell in love with the characters and the premise. I can’t wait to read his other diaries. This STEAMY book doesn't disappoint. Definitely pick this up, you won't regret it if you love sexy stories with a BDSM twist.
It has been a while since Kris Cook has released a book but he came back with a vengeance with Mia's Spanking Diary.In Mia's Spanking Diary you meet Master Lex and get a glimpse inside his BDSM club The Cell. Mia's scenes with Master Lex are beyond hot !! You are also introduced to other Doms that I hope will soon have their own HEA.
Very well written BDSM book. In some books the story is too rushed. This one flowed really nice. Very kinky and very well presented. I will be looking up more books by this author.
This was my first erotic romance and oh my gosh it is way hot and oh so naughty. Loved the love stories with it. Fast pace and totally awesome.
Very interesting read ... looking forward to the next installment.
