My sincere wish is that everyone would have the opportunity to read this book. It will completely change your life - in an evolutionary type-of-way. The premise of this book is the same as The PH Miracle by Dr. Robert O. Young. (Get alkaline food and water in your body and get rid of the acidity in your body. If you do this you will feel better.) This was an excellent book. Mr. Whang uses his scientific background as well as real life examples to support his position. I am anxious to try it!
Well written and informative. It's mostly about the body accumulating acidic waste products and the need to drink alkaline to flush this out. I've highlighted various sections in my copy of the book. 121 pgs
So very informative about the one thing we need the most: water!!
