4.5 Stars. Loved it, loved it, sweet, HOT, sexy story. Whoa, that Nick!!! Just the kissing scenes had me all hot and bothered. So much better than Muscle for Hire which I started first before I backed into Love’s Rhythm. Pretty sure I’ll be re-reading this one.

Firstly how could i not love a story based in my adopted country; Australia? Added to the fact that when we first meet Nick, he's in Melbourne, walking Collins Street... HELLO... walk that street almost every other day...(yet to meet a Nick Blackthorne though...darn it).

Ok...I was having a rock star withdraw and found this book through goodreads' discussion board. Wow...cannot be happier that I stumbled on it. This book was super sweet and quick easy read. Love love love the ending! The characters, the plot, the sex *fanning self* was joyful to read.
One thing I wish the author did was to add a bit more back-story on what actually happened btw them. There was a gist here and there, but I think it would be better if we got the show-down to completely understand...more

I loved Nick. I just have to say that I have a musician obsession.. I mean hello, sexy men singing and oozing sexiness whats not to love? God, he missed doing the dishes. How surreal was that? He missed talking to Lauren about her day as he wiped the suds off their freshly washed plates.

Love’s Rhythm by Lexxie Couper is loosely tied to the story Tropical Sin Lexxie Couper that was published as part of The Bandicoot Cove anthology. Since I am not someone who enjoys menage stories, I refrained from reading Tropical Sin and I believe that Love’s Rhythm stands perfectly well as a standalone though Nick’s character might make a deeper impact on you (if at all that’s possible) if you read Tropical Sin first.

I made the mistake of saying to someone in the first 10% of this book "not sure if I'm going to get into this". How wrong was I! I stayed up 'til 1am finishing it. I couldn't put it down.

Plot and story and getting to know the characters more kind of disappeared into a whole lot of dick and pussy and throbbing and overall sexing. So much so I've taken it off my 'romance' shelf. This is nothing more than erotica with a slight plot rather than the other way around.

I really, really enjoyed this one. At first when I started reading, it reminded me SO much of Gateway to Heaven and I was like, oh no, again? But as it got going, not only did I realize the plot is totally different, but Love's Rhythm's dynamic is hugely different.
However, Nick and Christian (character in Gateway to Heaven) are pretty similar except that Nick has a very angst-ridden past.

This book suffers from too much sex and not enough story. The storyline is thin and it feels like the author is trying to advance the story through the sexual encounters.

It's fascinating how sometime my opinions are completely different from others'. Really, really good book
I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was the first book I'd read by Lexxie Couper. It may have been a shorter book than I prefer to read, but it was one with a story line that kept my attention. I read the whole thing in one sitting.
I liked the interaction between the characters as they became reacquainted. And when they became "reacquainted" between the sheets, they became REACQUAINTED! Whew! Those were some seriously scorching love scenes.

How could I not give this one 5 stars! I'd give it 10 if it were an option! I loved this continuation of the story with Nick from the Bandicoot Cove series. I honestly can't say enough how much I adore Nick and Lauren.

What a sweet story of reunited love. I also loved the tie-in with other books... mention of the couple from Tropical Sin and then Nick's manager is from Suck and Blow. I think I loved that while Nick wanted to bust in and just take Lauren back, but once he realizes how reticent she is and learns of her son, he backs off. Just a little bit. it's the worst kind of book.
it's well written, moving, funny and everything a book should be.
but I hate books where the girl is foolishly in love.
This guy, that she loved, left her alone and pregnant so he could go bang everything that moves and then, after over 15 years came back and is like 'hey, Im back, come on and be with me because I want you now'.
I read in one of the reviews that she shouldn't stick to the past and forgive him because it's been 15 years and she should get over her...more

Cheese and Vegemite sandwiches...brings back childhood memories of school lunches. I loved this book...I found myself reciting "Wombat Stew" along with Lauren as she read to her kindergarten class....I pictured my own children while I read their favorite book at bedtime over and over again. For me this is a really special book - it is so nice to read a book that features aspects of my own life experiences, I could relate to references to the Australian culture and landmarks.
