Malevolence was a great read. The plot is different enough that you don't feel like you're reading just another were-wolf book with different names. I have to admit Oakley is my fav. He has such a sweet nature, and his flirtatiousness is so natural unlike some that can seem forced. I love how the two lead characters in this series aren't "together" that's a unique quality among other paranormal books. I don't want to give away the end, just know it was GOOOOOD, but frustrating all at the same ti ...more

Malevolence is the continuing story of Abel Casey, a phophesied "Great Wolf". Abel is growing into his role as Alpha of the Phelan pack. Dolly has taken over the pack after the General's death while Abel is learning about his powers. Dolly and Pru have taken off to track down the General's killer while Oakley and Abel are dealing with a sudden increase of "bitten" new werewolves near the Farm. Abel and Oakley find a girl with amnesia who was left in a field with some cans of soup and a note for ...more

A fantastic follow-up to The Legend of Kilkenny, it still leaves some unanswered questions that I am eagerly waiting for the next installment.

Abel Casey and Pru Phelan go to Paris and let the adventures begin. Devyn introduces you to new characters and new dilemmas for this pack of wolves to endure.

Absolutely can’t wait for the next book, thank you Devyn Dawson.

This is the second book of Devyn Dawson’s Legacy Series. I enjoyed this book more than the first. It had more action and suspense to it. It was exciting to see Abel show more “Alpha” instinct in this book. In the first book he was very unsure of his abilities. Abel and Pru grow so much as characters in this book, they both are put into situations that require them to show their strength and leadership abilities. Abel and Chrissy are not my favorite couple. There

Will post review soon!

Okay, so my apologies for the delay...

I finished reading the book a couple of weeks ago. I was very excited about reading this one since since I enjoyed the first one. It definitely didn't disappoint me. I absolutely love Oakley and his coolness! More importantly, I really enjoy the relationship that he and Pru share... Now, as for Abel, I like him a lot but I'm worried that he won't have what Pru and Oakley have... I really like how "Ally Cat's"story turned out in the end.

Very good sequel to The Legacy of Kilkenny. In this book, you get to see Abel really grow into The Great Wolf, the relationship between Pru and Oakley unfold and there are several new characters introduced in this book that widen the septum of the supernatural world.

This book is very easy to read and hard to put down. There is a lot action, suspense, and surprises in this book. Devyn had done such a good job with detail that it makes it easy to picture in your mind as you are reading and makes y

If you like a romance that extends into the world of the fantastic, then this book is for you. This book is exciting, romantic, gothic, and beautiful. It is the second in the Legacy Series, after "The Legend of Kilkenny." Abel Casey and Pru Phelan go to Paris in this edition, and they are faced with challenges where they must demonstrate great strength. Beautiful quotes are written at the beginning of each chapter. This book is highly recommended as a not-your-typical romance!

Warning, slight spoiler...just slight.

Okay, much better than the first book. With two hundred pages shaved off it didn't drag like book one. The errors were not quite as bad, but noticeable (switching tense within the same sentence was the most painful and obvious to me). And, the characters were more developed and endearing. She also laid off the "cool kid talk" that was a little grating in book one.

I will read the next book in the series, she's

I can’t seem to even take a 5 minute break in between the books… I think I have become Addicted… there is no help for me. Don’t save yourself from the addiction of these books because this is an addiction that is better than any drink or anything (that I can think of at this moment). DO NOT READ THIS BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE FIRST BOOK IN THE SERIES!! This book is not to be read as a stand alone! Oh btw I am not going to be like other reviewers and tell you about the book because then that ...more

I liked the book but the "big battle" just kind of felt deflated and flat. The whole book was talking about it and when it happened, I didn't even realize it until later. Do I recommend this book? Yeah...it was a fun read.

“Have you lost your mind? He will kill you all, all of you! Abel Casey, you have no idea what you're up against." She growled.
Parker slapped handcuffs around her writs.
I leaned in and whispered. "They've no idea what they're up against. I'm one big bad wolf and I'm about to blow their freakin house down." I grabbed her chin forcing her to look at me. "And don't you forget it.”
