Are there really any good girls of Washington? Actually, are there any good PEOPLE in Washington? Probably but Della Davis and Agent Jones (if that's his real name) are not one of them. In Sherry Silver's "Persuasive Lips", she delivers us an erotic story set in WWII. Della Davis who is a night shift secretary in the White House, has a thing for SS agent Jones, yet she also wants to embark on something dangerous, like a secret mission. Persuasive Lips was free on Kindle this past week, so I decided to try it. I've been a fan of spy novels for decades, and cut my teeth on films like The Maltese Falcon, and other detective Film Noir.

Nothing about Persuasive Lips makes sense. Whether it's the security detail for FDR, celebrity name dropping, and even the sex scenes, none make any sense at all.
