I loved the first three books in this series! I loved Kiran and I loved Jericho and I really liked Eden. I inhaled this series like it was air, I enjoyed discovering this new world of immortals with Eden as well as her struggle to fit in.

Even with all that I have to say that this book was a bit of a let down, I expected the author to give us more hints of what the resistance was up to! What were their goals.... in short I expected the resistance to be more that just some fuzzy back drop!

Oh...what a frigging roller coaster. I was cursing Rachel (In a nice and completely sweet way) at some parts and then jumping up and down and messaging my friend who hooked me on the series to begin with!

BEST BOOK EVER!!!! Oh man! Well done Rachel! Can I just tell you how much I LOVE YOU RIGHT now!! This was perfect! The perfect ending to a series. Oh the epic conclusion to a great series, but was it epic enough? Unfortunately, it wasn't 5 stars worthy epic, but it was still very good. The pacing, the story, the characters, everything kept my attention much the same way as the first three books.

I loved the resolution with Jericho, it was exactly how I wished it could be. Eden, however, disappointed me somewhat. I felt like her maturity level went downhill from the first pages of the book. Kiran had grown on me after first few chapters, but until then I wanted to slap him and yell "It's called communication! If you want her to do something, explain WHY you want her to do it!". Oh, and the constant "I love you's" were making me barf because most of them did not feel genuine.

I was surprised at the lack of sneakiness from the characters, who spoke about all their plans and Resistance anywhere and anytime they wanted, without even thinking that someone might overheard. In fact, why no one overheard anything? The final battle scene was just ok, and felt somewhat rushed. After everything ended, I didn't have that satisfied feeling I usually get after the bad guy is finally beaten. (view spoiler)

Would I recommend this book? Of course! If only to read how Jericho handled the situation, which I will say was probably my favorite part of the book. Just like the last time, I say GO Jericho! (less)

All I can say is this series was Incredible. Talk about knowing the characters, everything seemed so real. Like you were virtually there in the vivid places Higginson created. You felt what they felt. Anger, sorrow, and happiness. This woman can write. I look forward to reading more of what she develops. I highly, highly, highly recommend this series. I don't know what to do with myself now. I have this empty feeling, now that the series is over. How will I cope?????

One of the best series ever! What a LOOOOOONG way to get to the right person, and I will admit, I was cheering for J before falling for K. The ending was amazing, a little quick...and I would have loved to read about the wedding and the rise of a new kingdom. BUT I got my happily ever after and lack of sleep :)

I actually enjoyed this book. A lot of people were saying it was too slow but I liked finding more out about the Castle and the Immortal world rather than Eden's world. It was ended rightly in my opinion. Even if I did hate Kiran for the majority of the first, second and third books, in this one Rachel Higginson did his justice and made it realistic.

I absolutely LOVED the whole star-cross series from beginning to end. Even after I read it I forgot about it and just recently I had surgery so I have a Bazillion hours to kill just sitting in bed doing nothing. I've read so many books and have so many in my to read pile but I found this in my ereader and remembered reading it a while back. Two days and four books later I still love it.

I really enjoyed the Star-Crossed series, though all four books desperately need an editor. My deduction in scoring is primarily for the quality of the final product. If an author wants us to buy books, the least she should do is get her work professionally edited. I mean really, "preface" instead of "pretense", to say nothing of the numerous misplaced words throughout the draft?

OMG!!! I yelled and screamed throughout this entire book! I just wanted to beat the crap out of Eden. I started off in this series not liking Kiran at all and wanting he to get rid of him. OK. This book was a huge disappointment. First of all, there was pretty much nothing to the book except Eden being stuck in a castle, and all of the things she does to avoid being bored. That, and her constantly trying not to obsess over Kiran. Blah. It was so boring! Sure, she manages to convert some people to her cause through not much effort on her own part. I admit, I was surprised I liked this one as much as I did. I thought it was probably the best of the series. I guess I liked it more because the main focus of the story was on Kiran and Eden. WOW!!!! I am equally saddened and overjoyed at the conclusion of this series!!! Eden finds herself a prisoner at the Citadel, the home of King Lucan and Prince Kiran. Lucan forces Eden to get her magic back from Avalon or else he will kill an innocent prisoner for every day she is without her powers. She is also forced by Lucan to pretend to be in love with Kiran in an attempt to convince the people that they are a happy couple pending their upcoming nuptials. There are plenty of subplots including Eden's parents, Amory and the Resistance's fight to overcome Lucan, Eden and her relationship with Jericho, a whirlwind trip to Paris, plenty of romance, an encore performance by the new and improved Seraphina, some entertaining and witty banter between Eden and Kiran, and some heavy flirting, all while these young ones find a way to create anarchy and overthrow the tyrany of Lucan! This book has it all, I was laughing, crying, and cursing out loud at the stubborness of Eden! I definitely recommend this book to YA lovers everywhere!! Rachel Higginson created a hit, this was my favorite in the series, because of the growth of all the characters, but the entire series was amazing!!!! What an AMAZING ending to one hell of a love story! I felt my emotions all over the place with this one! I truly felt just as torn as Eden about Jericho and Kiran. And throughout all of my other reviews for the previous books I was unfailingly Team Jericho!! Now I am still absolutely team Jericho and I believe he made the right choices in this book but what surprised me was the fact that I was actually shipping Kiran!! I truly, honestly do not know where to start. This series had me so tightly pulled in so many directions I couldn't tell you which end was up. But trust me, it was a good thing. When a book can have that effect on you, actually all four books, you know it is a winner.

What did I love about Endless Magic? Well for starters I loved Eden's character so very much. I cannot believe how much she has grown over the course of the series. What did I love about Endless Magic? Well for starters I loved Eden's character so very much. I cannot believe how much she has grown over the course of the series. From the moment we first meet her until the end...she is a different person. It's kind of sad...they grow up so quickly. *sniff sniff* And I loved Kiran's character. Yeah I know I have went on and on before about how much I hate him, but he really is a great character. Throughout this book I started liking him more and more through his actions. Now whether Eden ends up with him or Jericho is not for me to answer. Because I will say that Jericho is pretty stinkin’ awesome too.

I also loved how Endless Magic played out. I liked the whole idea of Eden being forced to live with Kiran at the castle. Because if it wasn’t for that time she wouldn’t have been able to realize half the stuff she did while there if she was off in some remote part of the world trying to figure out ways to bring King Lucan down. Watching old feelings emerge and new ones spark…eeep! I lost it. It was fun seeing it happen right before my very eyes.

What did I not like about Endless Magic? I think the only problem I had was just the way the whole ‘war/battle’ went down. Not so much that I didn’t like it, but it came off as kind of rushed. Like it started one second and then over the next. But will that stop me from rating it 5 glorious stars? No stinkin’ way! This book earned every single star.

With Endless Magic I was captivated until the very end and had the biggest grin on my face when I turned off my nook. Rachel did an amazing job tying up the series and giving us readers a couple to fall in love with all over again. Of course, now that I have officially made it out alive from this series (with my blood pressure back down to normal)…I need to look into her other works. Fabulous job Rachel, I loved the series and sad that it is over.

first of all 5 stars so clearly i liked it. loved it actually! however there are a few things that bugged me.

firstly i nearly gave up on reading this series half way through the 2nd book out of shear frustration. eden was sooo childish and selfish that i was rolling my eyes and begging the author to hurry up and perform some major character growth! thankfully eden does mature significantly throughout the rest of the series.

I loved this series! Ms. Higginson did a wonderful job writing out Eden's story. From the girl that didn't know she was a future leader to the girl that learned to fight for her people.

This is the first book in which every character (except Lucan) was incredible. I loved all the secondary characters as well as the main characters. I found myself rooting for the happiness of all of them.
And By God every one of the male characters were AMAZING! From Avalon to Kiran. It was amazing to read about their transformation throughout the books. From being Kingsley students to soldiers in The Resistance.

I must mention one important thing. Avalon is AMAZING. I loved him from the beginning and found myself loving him all the way to the end. He was a true leader throughout the books and was faithful to the cause through thick and thin. He was an amazing brother to Eden as well as a great friend to his team. I would love to read a book about Avalon's future as leader beside his sister.

So on to the love story. Hmmm...Could the author have chosen any other two men more swoon worthy? HECK NO! This is the first series in which I found myself rooting for BOTH of the love interest. From Jericho devotion to Kiran's never faltering love. As was said in the book, Eden could not have found two greater men. Kiran did lose me in book three but in book four he made up for it 100 times over.

I loved the way the book ended. Although I would like to read more about what happens after. I loved the way things were handled between Jericho and Kiran and was content with the outcome. I would love a Jericho book as well though. He is HOT and incredible!

I would recommend this book to everyone that loves a great romance and magic.(less)

Okay, so I'll ignore the editing issues this time and concentrate on the storyline. I loved it.
Kieran's character has grown and it makes for a whole lot of tense romance and this book actually made me cry for a whole ten minutes - I honestly couldn't stop! And it wasn't even a scene I would have said was all that powerful (the one where Jericho walks away).

After the whole which one do I want ended (about 70% into the book) - I was happy. I enjoyed this book, but I really felt it should have ended at the battle and then the Epilogue should have been the 5th book in the series. There was so much build up and then suddenly it was over.

A lot of the story was based on the joining of magics between couples and such. Also, another big aspect was changing the monarchy, and getting the shape shifters out of hiding. That was all covered in the epilogue but...more

I thought the first book was good, hated the second book, went nuts for the third book but this fourth and final book was everything I was hoping for.

After Eden sacrificed herself for the safety of her brother at the end of Fearless Magic, I knew she was in for an especially rough time, and that’s saying something because shes always having a rough time. Eden is now a prisoner in the towers of the Romanian Citadel and the forced fiancé of Prince Kiran. A pawn for King Lucan and Kiran to use as they please, and that they do. Unfortunately Eden has no choice but to play along and act the part of doting fiancé to save the lives of every prisoner kept but also in the hope that she will be able to eliminate the Kendrick line once and for all when the time comes.

Eden was determined in her convictions and her body and magic strong. She continually reminded herself of her purpose and the reasons for her imprisonment. I didn’t give her much credit going into this book, I thought that she would forget Jericho the second Kiran tried to charm her, but the commitment she had to him was present in all of her thoughts and actions and I commend her for that.

So so much happened throughout this book, I can’t possibly break it down for you. Eden, Avalon and the members of the Resistance had an impossible task ahead and to find out if they managed to overcome all odds and succeed you will have to read it and find out. All I can tell you is that I am proud of Eden. She spent so much of the previous books forcing herself to be courageous that she actually became it. Eden put everyone and everything before herself. Yes, she had times where she broke down and felt defeated before she even began, but what 17 year old wouldn’t? She faced racism and tyranny on a daily basis. The King gave me the heebie jeebies. He was a sandwich short of a picnic that guy. I loved Sebastian (a lot!), Talbot, Amelia and even came to like Seraphina. So many great characters to love!

Eden was selfless and this book was a perfect showcase of that. So many of her beliefs were tested throughout and as difficult as it was she took it in her stride. I teared up a few places throughout this series, and it was usually during the short reunions of her and Avalon or Lilly or Jericho. Never really just for Eden. Whilst reading these sentences I actually sobbed out loud for her.

‘I had been lucky enough in this last year to have two great, life changing loves. Neither one had worked out and I was a broken, shell of a person because of it. But still, I knew what it was to love someone and be loved in return. And that was a blessing.’

The conclusion of this book was brilliant. I wasn’t left wondering what could have been done differently nor if she made the right decision. This is one book I will say, the choice was never there. It was always going to be this way and I loved the way everything unfolded. I would love to know more about how the changes came about and if she or her kids kids had twins and details on whether Avalon and the rest of the Resistance found their great love, but I am content to say that even though I had always thought I had hoped for a different conclusion, I loved the way it ended.

I really enjoyed this series. It was an emotional rollercoaster for sure. It was an entertaining and different take in the realm of YA paranormal romance that I feel is going to eventually implode...lol.

Finally, resolution! It's been quite a ride, but I was very satisified with how things ended. I'm such a sap.

I loved, loved, LOVED how much Kiran grew as a character. Getting to see the man he became made me incredibly happy. And not just him...a lot of characters dramatically matured in this book. Sebastian, Seraphina, Jericho...I was proud when Jericho stepped up and did what had to be done. I'm looking at you, awkward love-triangle.

The plot of this series was good- a battle between the oppressed and a tyrannical leader. There were many other major themes however such as love, friendship, forgiveness and sacrifice.
