Well, given I was the Goodreader who added this selection to the website, I would suggest you check out the synopsis written above.

As for a rating, I found the book was memorable for its quaint bizarreness and its strange turns of phrase. For instance, Herbert McKay's Little House in the Woods introduced kids to the topic of the slave trade, yet also managed to be oppressively repetitive. Geoffrey C.
