This book is light in tone, but its message is deep. The author doesn't just tell us about his experiences to prove his points. Rather, he asks us to reflect on our own lives to see how his suggestions apply, which they do every time.
I have a background in positive psychology, and so I tend to like everything to be backed up by research. While this book is not science-based, I know of many studies that can support its claims.

In this book the author points out the difference between saying "Yes, but" and "Yes, and". That saying "yes, but" puts a stop to the action and that's a downside to any action.
