Ty and Ricky eagerly await the gates to open on the estate sale at the local haunted house. They are the first ones in and they rush upstairs to see what treasures they can find before anyone else grabs them. They manage to avoid the creepy relative in charge of the sale because he is busy chasing two other boys from their school.
