Not as avid a reader as some at Good Reads but I do love reading when I get a moment. I suppose the decline in digesting tomes has to do with trying to don the writer, animator and illustrator cap as well as run after 2 kids. Needless to say, reading time is limited--but when I DO sit down to read I often hope the mental expenditure is well worth the effort.

A hot, entertaining book that had me hooked from start to finished. I loved this book and will certainly be reading more of Kenya Wright's books. My only problem was that the book was so short, I want to read on. :)
I'm not quite sure how I feel about this book. I enjoyed the book and the interactions between the hero and the heroine. In fact, I enjoyed it all the way up until the ending...when the author sprung something at me I was not expecting. And I hated.
I am not a fan of love triangles. I've never been a fan of love triangles. Or cliff-hanger endings. Or multi-part series that star the same H/h. I want my HEA (but sometimes willing to settle for an HFN) ending, dammit!

I fell in love with Carmen and Blaze from the onset. Carmen is a strong female lead and with just the right amount of sassy attitude. Incubus Hunter… WOW! So wow that I got to the last page on my Kindle, and flipped forward and thought “Nooo!!!! It CAN’T be over!!!” when I got to the end. I flipped back a page, checking to see if I somehow had skipped a whole chapter or something. And no, the book was over. Man! Talk about disappointed!

This book was so HOT I mean I was using my kindle as a fan. That ceiling scene OH MY! Then them flying through the clouds and over the water bought a bit of jealousy to my attention. It's no secret that I am a fan of Kenya Wright. Not a drooling fan girl kind of fan (most of the time), but I do love her writing. Incubus Hunter did not disappoint.

I got this book free from one of the book groups. I thought it sounded good and thought why not give it a try. But I have to say I had a good time reading this book. I really liked Carmen and Blaze. Their sensuality was great. There were some laugh out loud moments as well as a couple of times I was brought to tears. I would really like to see this become a series to follow the relationships and to see how it turns out with the other characters in the book.

Carmen is an incubus hunter for a sorcer. On Carmen's last assignment she finds that the incubi she is sent after, Blaze, ends up being more than she can handle. The book switches the between the point of view of Carmen and Blaze the sex scenes between the two are very steamy and exciting to read. I have ready other novels by Kenya Wright and I really enjoy her writing style. I can't wait to read more of what she has to offer.
I was impressed with the storyline and the characters; an elf that was hunting incubi to save her daughter. I have a thing for conf anti-heroes and Blaze was just the perfect anti-hero: witty, hotheaded at times and sometimes cool. I wonder what'll happen if it ever comes time for her to decide to choose between the husband and the demon. It'll be interesting to see this series advance.
This was an interesting short story. I really enjoyed the plot and fell in love with the characters. There was no easy ending for the players in the story. In fact, I'm curious as to what happens to them next.
The only reason it got 3 stars instead of 4 is that I have problems switching from one perspective to another. Every other chapter is told from Carmen's perspective and others are told from Blaze's. It always takes me a minute or two to switch between them.

I really enjoyed reading about Carmen and Blaze! Their chemistry is off the charts and they both crack me up! I hope there is another book in this series because that cliffhanger was a doozy and I really want Carmen and Blaze to be together. Great steamy hot read!

I liked this erotica. The "mine " bits reminded me of black dagger brotherhood as well as the leather clothing. I am not a huge erotica buff so I'm not sure if that's common or not. It was definitely a hot steamy short read

Fast paced, full of action and lots of steamy smex. Positives- Great beginning and good chemistry between the main characters. Negatives - way to much sharing with others and the quick abrupt ending brought it down for me.
I thought it was a good start. Quick read, few errors which is important to me. Not really my type of genera that I usually go for but it was a good quick read with interesting characters.
A powerful wizard is holding Carmen's daughter until she can catch enough incubi to clear her husband's debt. She decides to go after Blaze because he's worth $2 million, but things don't exactly go according to plan. I was definitely impressed with the writing, and I think I'll settle on the tree scene as my favorite...or maybe the ceiling scene!

This was my first erotica read. There's just too much going on- tops n bottoms. I guess if you r into these kinds of books you would love it. It's just not for me.

Okay this book is awesome and not just because my name is carmen too well maybe a little! The only problem i had with this book was i wanted more and am very happy that their is a book 2 thank GOD!Carmen&blaze are ment to be once you read it you will see what i mean!!
This is ridiculous. It would be better if it was longer but it is such a teaser and too much sex, (well sex for the sake of sex anyway). I know, I can't believe I said it either. But she is an elf and will work for your challenge.
Loved the main characters, Blaze and Carmen. Names are apropos. Irrestible read. Devoured this tome in no time.
I felt like I missed an earlier read. This felt like a sequel and I felt like I needed to have read the previous book.
The ending ruined the book to me... It's like the author randomly decided to stop writing
A saucy little book with an enjoyable paranormal theme. I enjoyed Incubus Hunter and am looking forward to the the next in the elf series.
