Molly Tanner, unjustly suspended from her nursing position, is choosing flight over fight. Driving along a lonely, twisting highway, Molly misses a deer, but the oncoming car is not so lucky. She rushes to aid the injured motorist. Slumped over the steering wheel, he is not moving, but Molly hears the cry of a child coming from the backseat.

The last thing ICU Nurse Molly Tanner needed was more complications in her life. But when she witnesses an accident, the driver seriously injured and his four-year old daughter in the back seat, she has no choice but to stay with them until help arrives—a good Samaritan act that will change her life forever.

Ms. James’ medical knowledge and research shines through in this well-written book about two people from different worlds, with different outlooks on love and relationships. Thrown together b

i should have given this 3 stars but it does not fit goodread's interpretation of a 3 star which is i like it and it was more like 2 star it was ok for me.

So, it was ok. This is a quick, fun read. I finished it in an hour of two. Nothing too steamy, but it has a nice romantic feel into it. You read the synopsis, i dont think i can add anything more to that.

Frankly, i dont even know why i'd bother to give this on a review since it's pretty mundane and nothing special. No twists or turn but it di

For a quick, easy read, When Hearts Collide is ideal.

Ms. James has created delightful, easy to love characters who are thrown together by circumstances neither can control. Molly and Pearce are dealing with demons from their pasts, yet their
growing attraction for each other can't be ignored.

I particularly enjoyed Ms. James colorful descriptions and the love Pearce unashamedly demonstrates for his daughter.

I was proviced a copy of this book for an honest review.

A very cute story. Molly witnesses an accident and since she is a nurse she checks on the driver. He ends up begging her to pose as his wife so his daughter won't end up in foster care and she agrees.

A very quick read and an enjoyable one.

Fresh story line and fully developed characters

Molly, Pearce and Gracie are a love triangle formed with a car accident. Molly is running from her past when she witnesses a wreck that endangers the life of the driver Pearce and his toddler Gracie. Stopping to help, Molly never imagined her entire life would be changed by the simple act of being a Good Samaritan.

From that beginning develops a story of caring, romantic and family love. The writing is strong and holds your interest as you continue t

A touching romance that focuses on family bonds and mending rifts with kinfolk, Kendra James stimulates readers compassion and their desire to see love prevail. A father and daughter are injured in a car accident and rescued by Molly Tanner, a nurse who struggles with her sense of honesty as Pearce Taylor pleads with her to pretend to be his wife and mother of his daughter. The façade becomes a reality as the story progresses. Pearce’s teasing is charming and infiltrates Molly’s cautious nature. ...more

This story entails a chance encounter between Molly, Pearce and Gracie through a car accident.

Ultimately, this review is difficult to write as I don't want to give too much plot away. Therefore, I'll just say the book is about the following: Finding out second chances do happen in more ways than one.

The characters are well written and true to life. The story's narrative is crisp, flows well, and easy to read.

There are some sexual scenes but those do not get too graphic or take over the story/pl

When Hearts Collide by Kendra James is an adorable love story. Some of the time lines didn't match up, but the characters most certainly did. James writes a good story.
