At age thirty-five, he's made millions as a top-selling Ann Arbor real estate broker and has the right connections to close a deal by any means necessary. With his rugged good looks and compelling personality, he has a virtual black book most men would kill for and he uses it often, never settling for one woman for very...more

In Floor Time we have the foundation of the relationship between Jack and Sara, we learn about who they are and what made them that way We learn that Jack is pretty much a man whore and Sara is more concerned about building her career than relationships. Sounds like a volatile coupling and is sure is, the chemistry and the sparks fly.
We also meet the other characters that will play an important roll in the relationship as well, from the new Realtor who looks like a surf god to Sara's brother and...more

I'm not completely sure how I came across this book... I know it was on Goodreads, but I can't remember exactly where I saw in since none of the people I am friends with have read it. Anyhow, I read other reader's reviews about the book before I bought it & some compare it to Fifty Shades of Grey. I have only read book 1, so I can't speak with a completely educated tongue as to my feelings about that comparison; however, I will say that so far, I do not see how they compare except for the BD...more

I'm glad I finally got around to starting this series from Ann Arbor author Liz Crowe.

Jack is the BMOC, or Realtor in this case, and Sara is a beautiful, young, independent woman who falls for him. Actually it seems every woman who meets Jack falls for him. But I can't figure out why since HE IS SUCH AN ASS.

I think Ms. Crowe deserves a ton of credit - it's well written and kept me on the edge as I was dying to know what happened next. And she certainly made me feel things - like Jack is an ass...more

Floor Time is where it all started. I had come across this book a few times before I realized that there was a reason everyone was talking about it. So I checked it out....and am so glad that I did. Jack and Sara, Sara and Jack...and then there's Craig. The chemistry and tension between characters literally jumps off the page at you and sucks you in. When you feel frustration and irritation toward a fictional character making you want to reach into the book and slap some sense into them, you kno...more

Jack Gordon is Ann Arbor’s most delectable bachelor and is suppressing his natural Dom side due to a disastrous experience years earlier. He’s made millions as a top-selling real estate broker. With his rugged good looks and compelling personality, he has a black book most men would give their left nut for and he uses it often.

Sara Thornton, is a rookie at Ann Arbor’s but has fast-tracked herself to the top of the market. As her career takes off, the fulfillment she seeks remains inexplicably o...more

Jack Gordon, thirty-five and a millionaire, is Ann Arbor’s most eligible and hottest bachelor. He’s also the top selling real-estate broker in the area. He does have one flaw—a past as a Dom—which he wants to keep buried as far in the closet as he can so no one ever finds out. Even if he is bored with vanilla sex relationships, he just can’t afford the risk.

Sara Thornton is new to the real-estate game, but is on the fast track to success. Sara likes order and routine; she’s sexually unfulfilled...more

Everything about this book was a unique and interesting experience for me. For one, I’ve never read a story about real estate. And two, the hero is a piece of work and a bit of a jerk for most of the book. Normally, those types of males do not appeal to me, but in this case Jack wore me down and I ultimately caved to his charm, and by the end of the book I truly felt he did love Sara but just had some growing up to do to learn how to deal with his feelings....more

I had never read a book by Liz Crowe but what an amazing job she did with her realtor series! If you haven't read one yet you need to asap. The emotional roller coaster is a wild ride for sure. The dynamic between Jack and Sara are real life and realistic enough that you can put yourself in their shoes. Between the hatred, then lust to hatred again, and never being able to get the other person out of your head is one thing that really happens when you are in a relationship. The fact that Jack is...more

I'm struggling with a review on this book. I actually rate it somewhere between 2.5 to 2.75 stars but I'm rounding up to 3 to be generous.

This story is being compared to Fifty Shades but those comparisons are woefully lacking.

In Fifty Shades, Christian Grey was an deeply, emotionally scarred young man where Jack Gordon is a man-whore...he nailed anything walking. He was a constant flirt and his salacious behavior became irritating after a while. I honestly didn't care for him that much. Perhaps...more

I've never read one of Liz Crowe's books before, but having finished this one, I'm very glad the next two in the trilogy are sitting on my Kindle waiting to be devoured!

Floor Time is the first in The Realtors trilogy. This book is the story of Jack Gordon and Sara Thornton. They're both in the real estate business in Ann Arbor. Jack is the golden boy of the company, having made millions by closing deals. Sara is relatively new to the game, but she's incredib...more

The first book in what I'm starting to see is a very popular series among fans, Floor Time by Liz Crowe promises a real love story, complete with conflict, erotic love scenes and a true to life "ending." It's not the first time a book has promised to deliver on a certain level, sometimes they do deliver, but for the most part, they don't deliver on all the promised aspects.

Not to fear readers, Floor Time DOES deliver on its promises. This is only the se...more

Having recently been lucky enough to read Liz Crowe’s new soon-to-be released novel Paradise Hops (which I loved!), I decided to check out some of her other novels. I started Floor Time, the first novel in the Stewart Realty series, and I have to tell you that I have absolutely LOVED every page of this novel! I couldn’t put it down!! I downloaded the next two novels in the series right after I finished Floor Time, as I knew I had to have more of this series ☺

The story centers around Sara and Jac...more

I had really been looking forward to reading Liz Crowe's Realtor's series as I had heard so many great things about it. Both the series and the author were completely new to me. The only problem with being told how fantastic a series is, is that you usually set your expectations too high and are then consequently disappointed as it does not live up to them... Luckily, this was not the case with this book. I literally could not put it down! It has you feeling excited, anxious, frustrated, and ext...more

Floor Time, Hot Time, Bed Time, More Time. What we have here is a very up and down relationship between a sexy, arrogant but somewhat tortured Alpha male, Jack and the extremely, beautiful, independent woman, Sara who gets under his skin in every which way. They are both in the real estate business and are very good at what they do with their clients as well as with each other!! The frustration one man can causeHer face flushed with anger, no longer aware of Jack as a desirable man, but as a cli...more

I thought this was a romance novel but really it's an erotic novel...something I now know the difference. I think Jack was a jerk throughout the book and didn't deserve the girl. But hell, she was turned on by him so what do I know? :) Lost of sex in this one, with a leaning toward BD/SM. I'm trying to keep this clean...lol. Lots of steamy stuff and lots of ups and downs within whatever their relationship is.

Not my cup of tea, really didn't personally care for this. But...more

To say that I was completely & totally thrilled to get my hands on a copy of this book would be an understatement. Over the past few weeks, I have devoured everything that Liz has written and loved every bit of it. Floor Time is no exception to that and in fact, is my favorite book to date! Liz does a phenomenal job of combining exceptionally written characters with such authentic & real story lines, that you can’t help but get sucked in!

Wow, as an introduction to a new series, this one certainly leaves a lasting impression! The world of realty has never seemed so sexy, or emotionally complicated. And this is only the beginning.

Sara Thornton can't catch a break when it comes to romance. After discovering her lover engaged to someone else, she swears off men but fights for over a year her attraction to the very sexy Jack Gordon. Even knowing that he's a player, the connection between them can't be denied. In every other aspect of...more

This book spoke to me unlike any other. The friends and situations in this book are so real to that it could be biographic rather than fiction. Jack and Sara are two A type personalities that truly don't know how to give in or back down from one another. Sara is no wimp and does not spend any time at all being whiny or needy. She is career driven and knows what she wants out of her life and will let nothing or no one including a very sexy co worker get in the way of her goals. Jack is sexy guy w...more

When you are a successful, female, realtor you meet and work with a lot of men. Sara Thornton is this woman, the woman who has a great career, a nice place to call her own, friends, and a great attitude. So what is she missing? Well a man of course, a man to have a relationship with and maybe even try to love. Problem is, Sara is not very good at picking out this man. The one she thought was worthy of her love and attention turned out to be engaged and buyi...more

Floor Time, the first in the Stewart Realtors series came highly recommended. This erotic romance has a lot going for it, it is sexy, has light BDSM, romance, conflict, and a realistic story line. I also really enjoyed seeing the successful business woman as the sub. She isn't broken, she has no major past issues (nor does he, though he thinks he does) and they are both stubborn idiots! LOL

A total single sitting read, Ms Crowe has done it again with the start of her new series :)

Talent just doesn't seem like the word that can fully describe this beer wench and her amazing ability to weave a touching, emotional tale that will warm your heart and take you back to the blush of new love.

Rockin' is pretty close though :) And Floor Time was. Over and over I "felt" Sara's emotional turmoil and wanted to embrace her. Occasionally I wanted to slap the shit out of Jack.... then fuck him sil...more

I was searching for what to read after Fifty Shades and my friend recommended the Realtors Series to me. I have to say that Liz Crowe did not disappoint! This was my first Liz book and it will definitely not be my last!

There was a lot of steamy scenes in this book....but I just could not connect with the characters. Maybe because I was thinking of a different "Jack" while reading. ;) Also, I pretty much couldn't stand Sara. ACT LIKE AN ADULT--SAY NO FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD! Do you really think Jack is going to change his womanizing ways?! You are a smart woman. So, no I do not feel sorry for you when Jack breaks your heart for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th time. UGH! MAKE UP YOUR MIND ALREADY. Sheesh

Liz Crowe writes hot scenes, full of titillating sex around a really good story. Her characters are interesting and likeable and their interactions are realistic. Jack and Sara are each the epitome of the successful, driven and self-absorbed salesperson. Their mutual attraction makes (a lot of) risqué sex easy for them but they must both work hard to learn to trust and how to make their relationship work. The secondary characters are well written and add to the story. Crowe’s descriptions of the...more

Another well-written book by Ms. Crowe. I have to admit that the main character Jack seemed to be a pain in the ass, LOL. I wondered how and why Sara would want him, but then, like in real life, attraction just isn't rational sometimes. As the romance developed, and they gave into their attraction, I found myself intrigued with their foray into the world of light BDSM and how people find it titillating.
Through the character's own thought processes, I came to understand why they did what they did...more

I usually don't give a review but with this one & the series I just had to. I read all 3 & while I did like them I have to say how much I wanted to punch her in the face most of the time!!! I never saw such indecisiveness in a woman.... EVER in a book, to the point it was RIDICULOUS. She changed her mind about her feelings for this man , literally, 5 times per chapter. The only reason I read all 3 was because I really saw the potential in the book, and I wanted it to get better & I h...more

I love the way Liz writes. From the minute you pick up the book and start reading you become vested in the characters and they become friends of yours. As soon as you finish book one you are waiting for the next one to read!! You must read the series in the order it is written to understand what is going on with all the character's lives. In between waiting for the next book, you can keep up on face book with 2 of the characters, my favorite Jack Gordon and cutie pie Craig Robinson.

I was never much of a reader but read fifty to see what the hype was all about. Havent stopped reading since I finished that series. The realtor series was the first book I tried reading after fifty. And I mean tried because I first starting reading it I honestly couldn't get into the book. I think it was that i still had fifty on my mind. I stopped reading it halfway through and decided to read other books and come back to this one at some point. Boy am I glad I did. I read the first three boo...more

Let me just say I am rating this based on reading the first three books.
Awhile back I read book 4 which is Essence of Time, and omg I fell in love it was so emotional it rocked me to the core, so of course I had to go back and start at the beginning.
Jack and Sara story def has problems but by second book, I wanted to punch them over and over again
and then by book 3, I really had enough, I need my HEA, it took awhile to get there but thank god it did.
My favorite will still be book 4 Essence of Ti...more
