If you know nothing of lifting, you might find this fairly useful. If you know a thing or two, it's almost worthless. It isn't written all too well, it comes across as a sales pitch for online products on multiple occasions, and there are quite a few ideas in it that are very old-school.
This book was more like an ad for the authors and personal trainers. Not very helpful.
