The Wolves of Argonne is a short piece of fantasy fiction with mature content.
Simply stated it is a naughty Red Riding Hood. If I say more than that I'll spoil it, and since it is worth reading I wouldn't want to ruin it for you.
What stood out for me is as sexually explicit as it was, I didn't find it offensive. I still get warm all over just thinking about it.
Other works: Midnight Seduction, and Midnight Seduction -- Man Love Edition Her other personas are Olivia Devereaux and Pam Bitner.

I had high hopes, but what I got was a Red Riding Hood knockoff porn read. There was no emotional connection between the characters; I didn’t feel the love with Conall or even the sexual desire with the Ulric. There were entirely too many editing errors that distracted me throughout the entire book. It was too slow in some places and too rushed in others. I felt like there were chunks missing and was confused in a few places. The sex scenes were awful; it was pure por...more

Quite possibly the naughtiest story I've read to date.
Okay, more seriously. In keeping with the line this is a part of, there is a true fairy tale feel to the telling of this. There are some great descriptions, none of which slowed the pace or stalled my flow, but all of which added a depth to the story and allowed me to merge with the world the author has created for these characters. There were moments that reminded me a lot of the film of Red Riding Hood, like when the villagers are gathered...more

What an ejoyable fairy tale oriented, steamy read this was. I really have to say I enjoyed a more "adult" fantasy story of this type. While it played off of the real Red Riding Hood story, this take by Ms. Eavenshade was quite original and I truly felt immersed in the world she brings us into.
I particularly enjoyed the D/s aspects of the story. The erotic elements were realistic and not overdone, as is found in so many stories of the erotic genre. I identified well with the characters and felt d...more

This was a so so book. Evernight states that the book is a heat level 4. Umm NO, more like a 2 or 3. There is some brief sexual encounters, NOTHING in depth. And the story line had me a all befuddled and confused one minute it sound like a 21st era story then it sound like another era. NOT something I would recommend.
