These all look very fast and yummy. I also appreciate that the author took the time to tell you how to ligthen them up if you so desire. The only negative I saw was cost. Some of the recipes use and entire box of vanilla wafers, oreos or graham crackers. Those alone cost $4.00 so the whole cake would cost you around $10 - I could buy a large cake from the local italian bakery for that. All depends on what you're looking for taste wise.
Cute Kindle freebie (thanks, author). It's a quickie e-book, not very detailed or anything, but I did see a few cakes I would try. I don't like that there are so many processed ingredients to make these cakes, but I guess if you're looking for a quick sugar fix, these would fit the bill. I do tend to eat healthier than the recipes in this book, but have to remind myself that IT'S CAKE - it's not SUPPOSED to be healthy. :-)

This was a free Kindle book. Only given it 3 stars so far as I have not tried any of the recipes yet, but plan on doing so soon. A lot of the recipes have bananas in it, which only half the members of my household eat, so hopefully I can find something else to try.
Excellent book to have in your cookbook collection. Read through each of the recipes and they all sound delicious and quick and easy. Look forward to trying them all.
It's okay for a Kindle freebie and had a few recipes I might try. Worth a look if you're new to this kind of thing.
