The Site is a compelling read with a unique spin on the supernatural. The author keeps you on your toes as things are not always what they seem and just when you think you have things figured out there is another twist. As Kerry is caught in the web on intrigue and drawn further down the rabbit hole the reader experiences the unfolding mystery through his ...more
A well-written book with a great plot! I absolutely loved reading this book. The outback of Australia makes for the perfect setting in this haunting tale of town secrets, murder, and a ghost. I could imagine being in the shoes of Kerry Staine, the cop, who gets more than he bargained for in this ghostly town. He soon unravels the unsettling truth about the town’s past. The haunting details of the death of a young girl makes you crave for revenge right along with her. Readers are in for quite a r ...more
This book is filled with secrets within secrets. Just when you think that you have something figured out, Harris shocks you with a plot twist. The setting for the story is perfect; a haunting Australian town that has a past it would like to keep hidden. A past that seems to keep lurking in everyones mind's. Meanwhile a love story is starting to bloom even with all the hauntings and murders that are occuring. I would highly reccomend this book to anyone who is looking for a good mystery.
