One hot day in the middle of a jungle, a strange little creature hatches out of an egg. "Who am I?" he asks himself. Off he plods through the tall grass to find out. He meets many animals but all of them are different. Will he ever find out who he is and what makes him special?

The little creature hatches out of his egg but doesn't know who he is or what kind of animal he is. He journeys through the tall grass meeting animal after animal. They all tell him who they are, but no one knows what he is. Just as he is about to meet an untimely end with a crocodile his mama appears. He is a chameleon and she takes him home to be with his brothers and sisters.

Good book about a little chameleon who is unsure of exactly what he is. He meets different animals and changes color based on those animals. Great use of type face.
Chameleon wants to know what makes him special. Colorful fun.
