I had been reading the McNeill series a bit out of order, or missed books between due to difficulty finding them. When I read The Case of the Perfumed Mouse, many people talked about how sorry they were for McNeills. I won't tell you why, but as soon as I read it, I had to get this book and find out what the heck!

Yet another intense and very politically angled mystery, and probably the most violent story as well.
