First line of the story: “His kiss was slow. Deep. Erotic. Just like she had imagined repeatedly in her head, only this time it was real, and undoubtedly the hottest make-out session of her life.”

There is something about the characters in Diane Escalera’s stories that I can’t resist. Dangerous Desire was the first story I read of her, Cruz and Sienna held my attention captive all the way to the end and though Still Hot For You is a much shorter story, only 77 pages long, it was the same with Sha...more

I enjoyed Diane Escalera's previous steamy romance Dangerous Desire, so when I read the blurb of Still Hot For You I was immediately intrigued and excited to read it.

Diane Escalera explores something very few romance novels do: creating a romance around an already married couple. I was curious and doubting how the romance part could be made exciting when that initial thrill and frisson of the h/h meeting, getting attracted and getting to know each other (one of my favourite parts actually) would...more

Shay and Dylan LaCosta have been happily married for five years. When she demands that they have a baby, Dylan shuts down on her and ceases pretty much all communication between them. Shay realizes she was wrong and decides to offer up her husband a deal he can’t refuse: hot sex in exchange for his thoughts.

Dylan knows that he wants their marriage to survive, so he takes up his wife on her offer. Why would he complain about passionate sex with his wife and being able to voice...more

STILL HOT FOR YOU by Diane Escalera was a hot and steamy love story. Shay and Dylan have been happily married for five years, until the subject of having a baby comes up. Trying to rekindle the fire, Shay takes the advice of a friend and starts booty camp. With the help of booty camp, the two find a way to communicate better in and out of the bedroom. This was a very believeable story and I would suggest it for anyone looking for a steamy love story. This book had been received for the purpose o...more
Deborah (LoveToReadRomance)
This was a good novella to read in one sitting. Shay and Dylan have grown apart after five years of marriage and her strong desire to have a child that Dylan isn't ready for. Shay has made it her priority to get them back to the great sex and close communications they had earlier in their marriage. Ms. Escalera did a great job with the characters and plot, even though it was a short read she achieved a lot of depth. Recommended for that afternoon read when you need a good dose of.... Dylan & Shay have been married for five years and have slowly grown apart. The heat, lust & love that raged in the beginning years of their marriage have gradually reduced to a slow burn. They’ve grown so apart from one another and now seem to want different things - they aren’t sure if they can find their way back, but they won’t give up without a fight.

First I want to say KUDOS on the cover.... Very nice! I enjoyed this read. It was short but showed the love and the hardships the characters faced.
