I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review. This is the second novel in the Alice Clarke series by Andrea DiGiglio, that I have had the pleasure of reading. This book flows seamlessly from book one, not missing a beat. This book is more action packed then the first and also has a lot more emotion flowing from the pages. Just about every emotion you can think of is portrayed, from joy right down to pure agony. The biggest difference between the two books is that ...more

If any of you have read my review for Finding Alice, you will know just how much I loved it. That being said, I think Alice's Sacrifice was even more amazing. You can't help but get sucked into the turmoil and turbulence that is Alice and Cole's life. I can honestly say, I loved Cole Corvus right from book one, but now? I love him even more and I hadn't previously thought that was possible.

In this amazingly written second installment of the Alice Clark Series, we are given insight into more of

I really enjoyed this book! I did have to go back and re-read the last few chapters of the first book in the series to remember what happened as this book just got straight into it and it didn't mess around! Again it was a pretty short book like the first one but I think this book was slightly longer! The plot was fast paced and I really enjoyed it! It also continued from where the first book left off from! It was different to other books that I have read as it is pretty short and the plot is ...more

I was given a free copy of this book for the blog tour. Thank you!

General Opinion: “Alice’s Sacrifice” is a great sequel to “Finding Alice” ,with its cons and prons. There were moments when I loved the story, but there were also moments when I was so bored that I wanted to give up the book. But something was telling me that there are great thing coming in the book. And it was true. I have to recognize that if the ending wasn’t so good, the book would’ve been rated with 3 stars now. But Andrea di

WOW! What can I say about this series! Andrea DiGiglio has a hit here! I am not one to normally love Angel stories but this one sucked me in with Finding Alice and kept me going in this latest in the series.

Alice's Sacrifice picks up where Finding Alice left off. In Finding Alice, we get to meet Alice and find out all about her, and her true heritage. We get to meet the Fallen Angels and even the Angels. But in this one, the main difference that I picked up on was that the Point of View changes.

OMG!!!! Alice's Sacrifice was so much better than the first book. Andrea DiGiglio wrote this one the way I wish Finding Alice was written. This time we got more insight on the other characters involved in the story and not just Alice. This made all the drama, suspense and passion so much more captivating. I have one word to describe this book: EPIC. I loved it, I am still coming down from my book high. The connection between Alice and Cole was intense to say the least.

In a story of angels and Nephilim, Alice is the ultimate female anti-hero. The daughter of a fallen angel, she is taking her fight all the way to god to save the Fallen, the Nephilim, and all of mankind. It’s not unrealistic to think of God’s standard of purity and punishment for impurity to be too high or too costly, so making Him and the angels into the bad guys has become a common theme in recent dark fantasy. The Apocalypse is supposed to be the ultimate punishment of an unjust judge, so ...more

I love most books with Nephilim and fallen angels, and this one was right up my alley to be able to be added to my never ending collection of faves. Alice is fierce but she still has her “girl” moments. I absolutely adored Cole you can just feel his love for Alice coming through the pages.

I was liking this book better than the first one. It seemed like a richer story with more detail and more of the characters' point of views. This narrative was jumping around from character to character which I was kind of liking better than the first book with the 'just the facts' Alice's narrative. This book had a lot of excitement, adventure and romance also. I liked Cole a lot. 4 stars.

I loved Finding Alice, and in my opinion, this book blew it out of the water. Andrea did a great job of making you feel everything right along with the characters. Alice was beautifully bruised and fierce. I loved it. I really cannot say enough good things about the book. I would totally recommend it to anyone who loves dark fantasy.

Born and raised in Michigan, I have always been a writer at heart. Over the last decade I have written, starred and directed in many screenplays. In the last few years I decided to return to writing novels. I haven't looked back since, giving my work my full attention. I am very excited to share the worlds I create, with all of you dreamers.
