Why in the world did I postpone reading this book for so long?!! It's amazing! I read it in one go, not just because it's a small book but also because I was so caught up in it.

I love reading books that paint pictures (with words of course) so vividly that I feel like I'm actually in the book. While reading TPOP I felt like everything was happening before my eyes, like I was watching some movie.

Pulling you into the world of medieval Britain the author weaves a story of love and loyalty. A complex world of Saxons, Picts and Welsh peoples at war sets the stage for conflicting loyalties. A lot of non-classical mythology was introduced, which I liked, but might confuse some less familiar. Although a fast moving story, it somehow sucks you in and makes you want to know what will happen next. There were times I wished it had slowed down and explained more, but the romance was sweet and fun. ...more

I wanted to know how the story will end, but I didn't really enjoyed it. The writing style, the way it was written I just didn't like it
