I won a free copy of this book on Goodreads through the First Reads giveaway program.

I thought that the author of this book had some pretty good ideas on how to run a business. It basically boiled down to how to treat people. Most of it was stuff that your mother probably (hopefully) taught you in grade school. It would be nice if more people implemented David Lapin's ideas into their businesses. I know that the places that I used to work for did not.
