This book was strange. I can't say it was horrible, because it had it's good moments, but a lot of the book felt forced. Plotline is not terribly original. Having said that, it was not downright horrible, and it's possible that I just do not connect well with the plot or the main character.

An enjoyable light sf story about a society that regulates genetic purity, and a young woman who discovers an ability she shouldn't have. This author has the absolute worst book covers, though!
