Figro snores very loudly. He also sleeps a lot. You see the problem. So when his friends ask if he wouldn't mind taking his nap somewhere else, he's happy to oblige. The problem is, they miss him. (And the mice don't.) Beautiful illustrations showcasing feline life in the Belgian countryside compliment this simple story of friendship and compromise.

"Of making picture books there is no end."- Ecclesiastes 12:12

Okay, not quite. But I did wonder why this book exists. Same theme, same characters, same style as so many millions of other picture books.

There's nothing at all wrong with the book. It's a sweet little story. If your kid has a soft spot for ginger cats, put this on the list.

3.25 Stars Snoring...even cats do it...annoying! I liked this story would rate it higher but the red eyes on the cat are creepy. It could have been done in a cuddly sweat way but the eyes.....bleh!
