I love the look and feel of the book. It has some beautiful pictures and the paper is smooth and slippery like I used to love as a child. I won the book in the first reads drawing. I'm not exactly a poetry aficionado but I'm trying to gain an appreciation of it. I could feel the writer's passion in these pieces. The imagery was probably not all that unique but his passion and love showed through.

Beautiful book, the poems weren't particularly impressive but they were worth the read.

I won this book in a first reads contest. It was a quick and enjoyable read. You can tell the author filled his words with great emotion and passion. While I am more used to some rhyme in my poems most of these made me think more of quotes and thoughts. I am not saying all poems should rhyme it just flows better to me when I read it. With that being said, I think the authors poems are filled with great beauty and in that he is talented. Thank you for sharing it.
