This is one of the best books on improving intelligence that I have read, there isn't much that's totally new, but it is clear, well-presented and it will help you.

The only fault I have to find with this is the cheery repetition of the idea that change is quick and easy! It isn't, not for everyone. It took me a long time to improve my brain power!

What I find interesting about this book is it can change your opinion, if not your actions, about the power your mind/brain, and it will make you take a good care of it. Another good thing is that it provides you with the theory (whys) as well as the practice (hows).

I have to admit that a few of the techniques didn't work for me maybe because I wasn't 'in the right state of mind', or I simply wanted to read on to see what's next (or I was like 'This is pretty good, but I'm coming back to this la

I am curious about the brain. We all should use it more. This book is fairly straight forward and easy to understand. Some interesting bits, techniques to try. It's up to one to pick those that make sense and useful.
