Overall, the book was pretty informative, though I found the title somewhat misleading. It was chock full of B2B sales techniques, and provided all sorts of tips and pointers on how to develop sales leads and presentations and all that. As a copywriter, I was looking for more information on actual writing and phrasing and crafting a message.
