I liked the book "Forced Out" by Gene Fehler. The book is about a kid named Zach who doesn't live in the wealthiest of families. Zach is on a travel team ranked 9th nationally and the team is planning to attend a tournament in New York, but the budget of the trip is just to much for a few kids on the team. All that changes when a new player Dustin shows up and the team can suddenly afford the New York trip. The team ends up going to New York and playing in the tournament.
