The Bionic Woman is almost vegan! Maybe the recipes are a little bland, but it's by my childhood hero. So it gets 5 stars!
She uses honey in a few recipes, so it's not totally vegan. Otherwise, she uses no dairy or eggs.
I used this one often during my years as a vegetarian. Those days, books like this were hard to come by. Thank you, Jaime Sommers! Er, Lindsay.
Ok, I can admit it - my super secret best ever awesome guacamole recipe... yeah, it came from this book.
