If you actually spend 30 minutes reading this ... you'll waste 30 minutes you could use doing something useful. Riddled with inaccuracies or outright errors. Sure some of the bare bones info is true, and potentially helpful to someone who knows absolutely zip about wine ... but then I'd be worried that person would know less, or more of the wrong things if they actually paid attention to it. Damn shame because there is a market for quick, short, cheap books on wine education. This isn't it.

Reading this book will not make you a wine expert, not even close, but it will give you an rough introduction to wine varieties and flavor categorization, as well as some terminology and wine tasting event tips.
