So, full disclaimer, this was written by a friend and so this review may not be entirely unbiased. However, I shall try and make it unbiased, mainly because I did genuinely enjoy the book! All of the characters are a lot of fun - rarely their motivations seemed a little out-of-character, but that was pretty much only at the end and none of it was too jarring. Alright, so first off, while I do know the author and her writing, I will nevertheless try to write an objective review.
I did quite like the book. The ideas were interesting and the starting point of some thief thinking he can just waltz into a heavily guarded place to steal an old artefact without even knowing what he is getting himself into, is quite a quick-paced beginning that keeps the reader going.
There are those moments in the book where the action runs out a bit and the passages between

Like the plot in this book and enjoyed the different personality's in it. The best part of the story line was the desert dragons and their loveable character's. :)
