Decent read. Some male POV which is unusual for books written in this time period. Fairly well written story of a 24 year old girl who was sort of living in a manner that everyone expected of her instead of living her life as she really wanted it. She meets a man who kind of sets her free. Good descriptions of the islands off the west coast of Canada and of flying (his job) and working as a radio reporter (her job). 3.5 stars. Much better writing than many romance novels I've read. I was a bit annoyed at the communication issues between Laurie and Luke, but otherwise a nice read.
