I won this book via Goodreads First Reads and just recently read it. It is a quick read with great advice on how to counter negative thoughts, surround yourself with good people, smile more, quit procrastating and so much more valuable advice! Check it out if you need a bit of motivation!

As a guide to positive thinking and self-motivation, the author offered many helpful suggestions.
I can't say there was anything new about the information and it is mostly common sense, but it never hurts to be reminded of healthy choices and positive steps to take.
A few of my favorite quotes from the book: "Stop letting other people suck the motivation out of you." and "Procrastination is not your friend."
On the technical end - Ms. Edwards needs a good proof reader. The spelling/grammar mistak

This was a good reads first reads give away and is a great guide to help you get yourself going and realize your full potential. We all have choices its what we do with them that matters. I was grateful I won this treasure.
