5 stars because I learned so much! I don't agree with everything in this book, but there is so much that I loved. The basic jist is that God created all of us to be joyful, perfect, whole beings and through our life we forget and lose parts of that (beginning with our birth experience). The book is about helping ourselves return to that whole state and using the light of Christ within us. It includes ideas about the earth itself moving to a more joyful state as the second coming gets closer and ...more

I can't say I wholeheartedly recommend it; at least not to LDS folks. (Not LDS? Knock yourself out! It's awesome!) The author IS LDS, but some of her ideas don't necessarily mesh with what I think is LDS doctrine. For some of her ideas, I've been able to step back and translate them from new age speak to LDS speak, and it's actually helped me understand some basic doctrines better. On the other hand, there are some things I'm really interested in reading conference addresses and other info from ...more

This is a book about energy and finding and using the energy of the universe to improve our lives.

Some of it resonated with me, but mostly I felt like it was naive hearts and flowers false doctrine. It really bothered me that she says that if we just can have positive attitude we will have no trials or problems in our lives and that we attract every bad thing that happens to us, that on some level we want to suffer and if we can just figure out why and then change that belief all the bad stuff w

Had I not already been through some life coaching myself where my coach used many of these same techniques that Carol talks about (he is the one who recommended this book to me), I probably would have been leery of some of her teachings. However, since I have experienced this kind of therapy I know that it works and it cleared up issues that have been bothering me for YEARS that I hadn't been able to clear up using my conscious mind/effort.

My friend Lisa gave this to me and when I first read it, I could barely keep my eyeballs from rolling right out of my skull. It was so hippy-dippy, New-Agey, chakra, energy aura...wierdness...that I could hardly stand it. BUT, my dear friend gave it too me so I forced myself through it. And, you know, there were bits of wisdom here and there. So then I re-read it, (looking for enough positive things to say to Lisa) and, lo and behold, I got a bit more bits and pieces of real insight. So, lesson ...more

This book has some good things about not feeling as though life is running you, but unfortunately the author has some flaws in her logic that take her points to the extreme bordering on merely being in control of everything. Not my favorite book...not anything new.

It was OK from the standpoint of developing positive thinking. But I was reading Gerald Lund's "Hearing the Voice of the Lord" and so much of what Carol says just doesn't give the same feelings of truthfulness.

Oh golly, I just do not know about the star factor here. Maybe four but maybe only a three. It took me ages to read this book and at times I rolled my eyes. I did. Regularly. I love Carol Tuttle, I can honestly say that she's changed my life for the better but I found this book a little new agey for my tastes and, as someone who has some knowledge and experience with the subject, I have HUGE doubts about some of her ideas about the role of abuse in the lives of individuals, specifically children ...more

I first became aware of Carol Tuttle on-line when a recommendation for the "Dressing Your Truth" feed came up on my Facebook page. I soon took the DYT course and so much of it resonated with me that I decided to also take Tuttle's "Remembering Wholeness" home study course, which include this book, the audiobook edition, and a course with a workbook.

I found so much excellent information here about changing the way you think and the way you live. While there is a little bit of New Age "woowoo" inv

I really liked this book, but the system she has built is founded on a patchwork of theology, feel good techniques and pseudo science. It seems her system has worked for her in outstanding ways, but of course she's not relating the catastrophic failures (or written them off as a fault of the persons inability to assimilate her system I'm sure).

If one has enough breadth of understanding of these types of systems, religion and science, you can then translate what she is saying into some real usefu

Carol Tuttle does a great job explaining our origins, our blueprint for happiness, how our true healer, Jesus Christ, can heal us, how God and His angels help us, empowering us to heal our lives. Healing our emotions no longer takes years of talk-therapy, but can be done almost instantly if you follow these principles. I liked that you could read individual chapters in any order. If you are just becoming familiar with energy healing and want a book to help you understand the basics of it, this i ...more

I really enjoyed this read. Some of the concepts are difficult for me to fit into my spiritual framework, but for the most part the book really resonated with me. I tried to read it 5 years ago and could barely get through the first few pages (I remember thinking it was rubbish). It's amazing how a little more experience and progress can effect our openness to new ideas. If there are parts of your life that you would like to change, give this book a try.

This was an interesting book for me. I felt that it came to me at the right time in my life because it had answers to some questions that I've had all my life. I felt like there were a lot of wonderful truths in it that will probably change my view of the world for the rest of my life.

That said, I would be a little wary of recommending it to others. The language that Carol Tuttle uses, while not necessarily bad in and of itself, would probably really turn off most people I know (talking constan

I really enjoy Carol's work with Energy Profiling. The Child Whisperer was an eye-opening book for me. She mentions this book a lot on her blog, so I thought I would check it out. This book was a mixture of the Law of Attraction and spiritual healing. There were a lot of aspects of this book that I enjoyed. I think there is a lot of power in setting intentions and having positive thinking. I got a lot of tips and quotes that will be useful. At the same time, there were some things that didn't qu ...more

I give it three because I feel like its message is an important one: that we build our own reality by our perceptions and that what we put into the world ultimately comes back to us. However, I can't really recommend the book because I feel like you have to read past a lot of "new age drivel" and unique-to-Carol-Tuttle-religiosity to appreciate that message. Also, I feel that much of that rhetorical trapping is wholly unnecessary to getting to the point and in fact impedes it (there where a few ...more

I have read two other books by the author and enjoyed them very much. I struggled with this book. I am not saying that the book is without merit. All of us could use some emotional healing and self love. I just find that Ms. Tuttle's approach is difficult for me to embrace. I do believe that there are those who, through inspiration, find ways to overcome pain and personal struggle, but that doesn't necessarily translate into a valid formula for everyone else. I'm happy that others have found thi ...more

This book awakened me to the reality of how my thoughts are creating my life. This book contains a simple and profound approach to creating the life you want and deserve. WOW. If you are into the energy healing and manifestation stuff, this is the best book out there. Believe me when I say I've read a lot of them. I always wondered how the gospel fit into all of this, or how this fit into the gospel.
Carol lives in Draper and is a world renowned healer. She has put it all together and it makes for fascinating reading. It's kind of a field book or how to guide for living everything we are taught.I hope that doesn't sound sacriligous (sp?).

I need more stars to rate this book. Honestly the best book, for me, that I have ever read. I have read other Law of Attraction books but this book more than any other is not just concepts. It digs deep and is richly spiritual... something I need. It comes full circle from many aspects and answered so many questions that I had and many I didn't even know I had. This book has been a journey. I glanced threw it and read the highlighted parts a couple months ago and I wished I had just sat down and read it. I listened to it on audio, but I recommend the paper book so you can put it down and think and take notes. I feel like my brain has been opened up and wisdom, light and knowledge has been pored in. I believe in a Father that is in Heaven. I believe in Jesus Christ and his atonement. I believe that we are all connected.

Carol Tuttle's handbook is amazing. She writes about the energy in the universe and how we all have energy in and around us. Crazy sounding? I always thought so, but now my views are changing a little. Carol's whole purpose of writing this book is to help us remember that we can be perfect like Jesus Christ was while he was here on Earth. She wants to help us remember that

changed my way of thinking, and ultimately, my life.

"Remembering Wholeness" is a very uplifting book. It explains how we can create our lives through attracting greatness. Some people aren't attracted to the idea that what happens in our life is a reflection of what we have consciously and unconsciously chosen. but if we realize and face it, we can become more aware of bringing good things to ourselves. Thus, taking responsibility for what we believe, say and do because it has power.

Deceiving. Not true. The Law of Attraction, mixed with Mormon beliefs. First of all, the Law of Attraction is not biblical. Show me in the Bible where Jesus tells us that we can attract healing and wealth, etc. No, we can have faith in Christ, and if it is his will, he may bless us with those things. But if it is not, there is no guarantee. You are not in control of your life. God is in control. You are only in control of your behavior, not anyone elses.
