Curl up in your favorite chair with an ice-cold beverage because you are going to need it to cool off after reading this book! The third installment of the Redwood Pack Series does not disappoint, as a romance or an adventure.
If you already read Ryan’s Taste of a Mate, you know that Reed has been abducted by a rival werewolf pack. In Trinity Bound (Book #3), we get to really know him and his TWO intended mates. Yep, that’s right. He’s lucky enough to get two. I’ve read some good ménages and so...more

Trinity Bound

Hannah is being kept against her will by some really bad werewolves. Reed, one of the Redwood pack members and a brother to the redwood pack Alpha is a cell mate. They are drawn to each other. Reed knows his family will come but also knows Hannah, a witch is his mate who he has to protect. Josh arrives in town and knows there is more to the world than what everyone else thinks. As ex-military he has all ways had a knack for finding people. He is drawn to a area and stumbles upon Re...more

The continuation of the Redwood Pack series packs a great punch...right from the beginning you are taken into a dark world, wondering what's going to happen next. Will Reed make it out alive with his newfound mate Hannah? Into the picture comes Josh, who has heard about the paranormal beings, so finding out Reed is a werewolf and Hannah is a witch is not surprising to him, but his feelings towards them are. What follows next is an adventure into evil dark forces, but also such intensity of desir...more

Oh. My. God! I absolutely loved this story so much! Carrie Ann Ryan has amazing skills. I have loved this series from the start and the books just get hotter and hotter, more captivating, and the characters more complex! And, of course each new one makes me crave the next one with a passion!

Picking up in the exact spot where A Taste For A Mate left off, the reader is swept away to the Central Pack's den and sees Reed and his mate, Hannah-a beautiful Earth witch, held captive. Things aren't easy...more

This is the third in the Redwood Pack series. Having just finished the first and second I would have to say this falls right in between my favorites (the second tops my favorite so far). But that says a lot because both of the first two books received 4 stars and this one does as well.

The difference in this book is Reed is not the Alpha, Beta or even the Omega. Reed feels like he is nothing important in his pack since he claims to “just be an artist”. He...more

This is my third time reading any of Carrie Ann Ryan's works and she has kept the series strong and satisfying. I love all of her characters, their uniqueness and their personalities. This book being the third in the Redwood Pack series is just as good, if not better than the first two.

Reed is a son of the Alpha of Redwood Pack and an artist. He was captured by those beyond pesky Centrals while trying to protect his brothers mate Willow. During his imprisonment he meets his mate, an earth witch...more

TRINITY BOUND is a wonderful menage romance with lots of heart as well as heat. The main characters are mature and secondary characters still as charming as in books one and two.

This may be one of my favorite menage romances. Hannah, Reed and Josh are so open and honest with each other. They share their worries about being attracted to each other, how this will change their lives, and if they can build a future on this. Sure, the eroticism of menage romance is here but it's so much better becaus...more

Just finished Trinity Bound by Carrie Anne Ryan and let me just say... It is the best one of the three books. I loved it immensely and truly recommend you read it. I was a hot mess for most of the time reading it and the chemistry between Hannah, Reed, and Josh is amazing. It is hard to tell you what is happening without giving it away so let's give it a shot: A fight with the two enemy packs, Redwoods and Centrals, bring us too many lives lost and emotional heartache. One of the Jamenson's brot...more

NOTE: I received an eARC copy of Trinity Bound from the author.

**Trinity Bound is book 3 in the Redwood Pack series so be aware that this review may contain a spoiler or two if you haven't read book 2 yet.**

At the end of book two, Reed Jamenson is captured by the Central Pack, an enemy Pack to the Redwoods, and held prisoner. Their intended target, however, was Jasper, Reed's older brother and the Beta of the Pack. Reed finds himself chained to a wall next to a woman he's never met before but wh...more

I hate to be the odd person out on this book, but I find the story too simple and lacking any real emotion. The author throws out events from nowhere, with no lead up to what is going on, and I'm wondering "what the heck?" I'm 37% of the way through this book and it is not holding my attention.

A troubling aspect is Josh's demon bite on his arm. When Reed, Josh, and Hannah get back to the Redwoods pack, after Reed has his brother, the doctor, look at Hannah's scratches, he finally remembers to a...more

First Line: “The sweet coppery scent of freshly spilled blood tingled Corbin's nose as he inhaled deeply. His sister, Ellie, struggled against the resraints digging into her arms and legs, but she didn't make a sound."

I was blown away when I began this book. I wasn't expecting, well, what the book actually is like. It's funny, romantic, and a little scary when it comes to the torture scenes. I absolutely adore the characters and I laughed out loud or smiled at several different parts.

Now I have been waiting, what seems like a long time, for this book and by gum it was worth the wait! It is just full on drama, action, passion....God there is so many twists and turns in this novel that'll just blow your mind!

I can't say too much about it because it official comes out on 30 March 2012 but I got an eARC off Carrie Ann, so I felt well special :)

All I can say this book is worth the read, it will just leave you with so many questions and you'll suffer withdrawal synonyms because...more

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant going into Trinity Bound. I mean, I've read a few menage books before (and liked them), but they were always ones where the men wanted to share the woman, but didn't actually do anything with each other. Trinity Bound is not that kind of menage, as Reed, as I already knew, is bisexual and therefore wants Josh just as much as he does Hannah.

I was pushed...more

I loved Reed. He puts himself down but he's just as important as the alpha in the pack. This is my favourite book. The struggle and action is awesome and beautiful love story.

This is book 3 in the Redwood Pack series. This book picks up right where book 2 (A Taste for a Mate) ends off. Where is that, you ask? Well…not to give too much away, but it starts off in a creepy dungeon-like cell with Reed Jamenson and an unknown girl, who to make things worse, is his mate. But something isn't quite right—not only are they trapped and being tortured by the Centrals (a crazy rival pack)—but his Mate scene if off a bit, well that is until some strange human male breaks into the...more

This series just keeps getting better and better. The third installment features the artistic brother Reed meeting his mates Hannah and Josh. The sex scenes are hot, hot, hot and the author did an excellent job of capturing a m/m/f relationship.

I also love how Carrie Ann Ryan keeps expanding the Redwood Pack universe. I don't want to give too much plot away but I will say I love how Josh evolved, very interesting and can't wait to see how that plays out with their never-ending battle with the v...more

They Just keep getting better and better!!!!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE IN THIS SERIES SO FAR!!!!! To put it as PG as I can, I needed my door closed a few cold showers after this one.

This book picks up right where book 2 leaves off, leaving Reed in a dark place with a light of hope locked away with him. I don't do spoiler reviews at all so I'm gonna try to keep this as close to unrevealing as possible.

We have 2 main alpha's in this one and a very strong woman in the middle, Josh is our other non wolf a...more

OMG! I should've waited to read this book until Adam's book was out. I can't wait. This book is filled with so many emotions. None of the mates feel as if they are worthy and they each try to show the other they are. It's amazing and how a relationship should be.

I loved the fact that they drew on each other to reach their full potential and fought all the evil that came at them.

Carrie is an awesome writer, one of my favorites. I loved this book, as I knew I would. Please keep them coming and hur...more

The third installment of the Redwood Pack series and it just keeps getting better. Once again, Carrie Ann Ryan does answer some questions. Others, however, she hits you with at the very end with a cliffhanger that will leave you wondering, "How? What? Why?!"

Reed, the artistic younger brother of the Jameson family, finally feels the mating heat, to a witch. And then to a human. Of course, his brother and Heir had found two possible mates but only one turned out to be his true mate. Could that be...more

Summary
Trinity Bound by Carrie Ann Ryan is the third book in the Redwood Pack series and shows further improvement in the author's writing skills. Use of certain words at the wrong point will still yank readers out of the story such as when the word 'mummers' is used where clearly 'murmurs' was meant. The sensitive, artist werewolf, his powerful, witch mate, and their human, ex-SEAL third are enjoyable characters with whom you can enjoy multiple thrilling escapes from unspeakable evil. Carrie Ann is definitely kicking things up a notch with the newest book in the Redwood Pack series. Stepping into a menage with MM action that is super hot!

The story is really great if a little dark. This whole series has touches of dark elements verging on horror at times. Not really a complaint more an observation. Very complex characters that take on really deep situations.

It is easy to be drawn into the menage relationship, Reed has been a love since the last boo, Hannah is very sweet and e...more

Trinity Bound is the story of Reed Jamenson, third son of the Alpha of the Redwood Pack. Reed is the Pack's artist, but has always felt that he is not useful, not important to the Pack. Having been captured by the rival Central Pack, he is now locked in a cell with a woman, and is being tortured. He doesn't know why he has been captured, nor why he is being tortured. He only hopes that his Pack will find him soon and that he can save the woman he feels is his mate.

I could not put this book down! Do not let the fact that this book is about three shifters, scare you away. The characters make sense, especially if you have read the other books in this series. Plus, the main story arc with the Centrals really comes to a head and goes some very infesting places. This is an 18 plus read, for certain sure. I think I am officially addicted to this series!

Holy scorch marks Batman! The heat level in this book is blazing. The chemistry between all three characters (Reed, Hannah, and Josh) is tangible and watching them discover and learn each other is both hot and sweet. Mix in some danger and a truck load of emotional baggage and you get Trinity Bound.

However, while it was hot and I enjoyed it, I was also left a bit frustrated. As in love as they claimed to be, all three characters seemed to put a great emphasis on how taboo their threesome situat...more

I don't know if the stories are getting better or I'm just more interested in the characters and the storyline now that I've read all three books that are available right now. I thought it was pretty decently written and I love that each story is so different. I can't wait for 'Adam's Story' which is the next installment coming out!

I couldn't put this book down it was a great storyline, I loved how she really drew you into the characters both cheering them on and crying for them and with them. This series is a must read from the beginning to the end I can't wait for the next Redwood Pack book.

I recommend this book. However, I would suggest that you read the series from beginning.
This book is #3.
The series is mostly MF and a family saga with 6 brothers and 1 daughter. Yes they can be read stand alone but I think you may miss the essence if you start in the middle :)
