In Childs' romantic suspense novel, Macy Kleyn was shocked to discover a very much alive Rowe Cusack lying inside a body bag. He claimed he was a DEA agent who'd managed to escape from prison by faking his own death. Someone had blown his cover and they wanted him incarcerated permanently. Heartpounding beginning to this book. Rowe was desperate to get out before someone could kill him. Macy was terrified when the body in the bag was alive. She didn't believe his story about being undercover, but was too afraid to do anything about it. The more that happened, the more they realized that she was in danger also. It was a good read. Entertaining enough to keep me occupied while I read it. The characters were decent but I didn't really get attached to them or "feel" their love. Good to pass the time but not so good to make me want to read the second in the series about his brother. As in most books I'm sure he will find proof of his innocence & be free. Good, but not enthralling.

A pretty good read! Not too cheesy and with enough twists and turns to keep me interested.
