A decent read. Hero is a commitment phobe who wouldn't commit to the heroine three years ago so she moved on and is now engaged to a man who wants the same things as her.
She is suddenly in his presence again when her grandmother who is his tenant injures herself and they both have to take care of her cousin's baby.
The hero realizes he misses her and the man she is marrying all wrong for her.
He finally figures things out.

My favorite think about Anne McAllister's books (at least the ones I've read) is that the heroes are decent everyday guys (without being a cop or fireman) instead of megamillion tycoons (which is so common in HPs). In this book, the hero is a lumber importer who also works on restoring old furniture.

nice one!not usually the kind i go for! but still a fun read! catriona loved yiannis sava 3 years ago and she still did though she was in denial. yiannis is every woman's dream man! hot, compassionate and knows how take to care of a baby ! it was really sweet how he looked after harry and this made him irresistible in my eyes! a gorgeous hunk wid a baby! oh my ghosh! his only major flaw was his propensity to be commitment-phobic! this was a reunion story after 3 years of separation. no angst, no ...more

When Cat's grandmother falls and breaks her hip, it will lead her on an adventure into her past and to a man named Yiannas. Yiannas and Cat were lover once long ago, he broke her heart so she moved and accepted a job in San Francisco. When Cat came back to help her Grandmother, she didn't know that Yiannas would be there with Harry, her cousins baby Harry.

After accepting that Yiannas was in the picture and great with Harry, she tried to leave the past alone and work together as a couple, so Harr

This has charming moments. It is a nice fun fast read.
Yiannis Savas wakes up early to a phone call from his 85 year old tenant asking him for a favor and take her to hospital. Yiannis has been out of the country and just got in the night before. He has no idea that she had a great grandson staying with her till he is carring Maggie out to his car when she tells him better take her car because car seat wont fit in his.
Yiannis finds himself baby sitting Har

The story is about Yian and Cat. Cat has always been in love with Yian and wanted to be married and have a family but Yian had other plans. After a few years Cat and Yian meet again and have to live in the same house and look after baby Harry. My first book by this author. I wasn't too captivated by the book thus, giving the book 3 STARS.

A nice story about a couple that has to overcome some personal (non-dramatic) mental roadblocks to get to their HEA. The issues are mostly the hero's, as in their past, the heroine had been keen to get married.

Not a typical HP, but a good contemporary romance for when you're in the mood for happy endings for fairly regular people. 3.5 stars

This a good read, very simple & very sweet, the plot is very simple, the characters are perfectly drawn & AM s writing is superb, but as a HP book, it lacks sparkles & passion, it lacks tension & witty banter. What I liked the most is the interaction with baby Harry, it was heart warming & sooo sweet
