My favorite part of this book were the photos demonstrating the strength training exercises as well as the strength training routines. The other components of the book were much the same as other boos in this genre. The addition of the the author intentionally gained weight in order to better understand the mental struggles of his clients during their fitness journey is definitely a departure from the norm. However, that being said the book is pretty repetitive in terms of advice and motivation. ...more
