Synopsis: Lurk comes to the evil empire looking for his 'lost love'. Along the way he collects companions seemingly at random, and steps into adventure 'the way other people step into manure.' More a series of short stories than a novel, but with a common thread to them all of these people traveling toward an ultimate goal.

This is your basic Swords-and-Sorcery tale fleshed out with cheap jokes: nothing deep and meaningful, no l

A marvelous romp, Lurk FitzGibbons is an unwilling hero, and the book is shot through with some delightful homages to comedians past. I don't know where one can find this books, but if you enjoyed Edgar Rice Burroughs, or the Conan stories, you will most likely enjoy Lurk.
