Keynesian approach as it relates to China. China spends like gangbusters, but they don't count it as government debt, what rascals. Basically encourages us not to think of deficits as evil when the economy is doing poorly, like it is now (2013). The GDP has doubled in the last 30 years, and eventually it will double again, a bit of debt is harmless for the time being.
